I enjoy how this is a quiet, lovely little park. I tend to walk my dog here when I dont want to deal with the amount of people and dogs at Crown Hill Park.

I like it here. It feels tucked away from the busy street of Youngsfield. There are a few trees under which you can park your car on a hot, sunny day. Although there arent many parking spaces here, its quite peaceful.

Very pretty little park. The grass is extraordinarily manicured. Theres a large, open field of lush grass, with a few shade trees and benches off to one side.

Great paved walking path and greenbelt area in the middle. It has a great playground with swings, and lots of shady areas, as well as a pavilion with a grill and picnic tables. The parking lot is small, however, and people park there to access the old folks home across the way.

Great path for stretching the legs and walking a puppy. Shaded area is limited, but covers the kids playground. Benches make good resting spots along the path, but are not shaded.

Paved trail that gets plowed is perfect for winter running! Follows Clear Creek from the mountains deep into the city. Theres also a dirt trail on the opposite side of the creek popular with the doggies. Soo many different kinds of ducks! White tail deer hang out here, and one of the lakes has an island loaded with nesting cormorants.

We need more police at night.. Nice and quiet.. but lately they have had a lot of transient people in the park late at night and they are painting sidewalks and the pavilion with paint graffiti.. be careful..

Typical Colorado atmosphere. No modern facilities. Portable toilets only. Dogs unleashed with the expectation of everybody to accept dogs approaching them. Neighborhood people ride and unfriendly to outsiders.

Its good park, decent shade and a big field. The slides are big fast and fun, but get a lot of direct sunlight so they get toasty.

This is a great small park. They kept it really nice. The only problem is that picture showing the lake is wrong.the lake is private and fenced off.
