The HOA is completely taking advantage of the COVID-19 situation and taking away all amenities while refusing to refund a cent. The tennis court is locked up and the pool has been closed for the entire season because they made up some rule that they’d need to hire someone to watch over us as if this community is incompetent. Meanwhile, we have to drive past the Windsor’s beautiful pool (which has no one babysitting and everyone practicing social distancing). They’re pocketing the money and we’ll probably see an HOA rate increase next year to boot.I would not recommend moving here unless you want to deal with dishonest business practices.

Great place to live, the neighborhood is calm and nicely managed.
