I have taken my children here multiple times before Covid19 and now that they are only allowing small numbers of people per reservation they have chosen not to allow the sprinklers in the kids swim area to turn on at all in the morning in order to cater to the elderly people who like to swim laps in silence. This is unfortunate for me and my family because for one thing; we pay a lot more than the elderly people to go swimming, secondly my kids nap all afternoon so there is no way we could wait and go in the afternoon. It makes me so sad because I love that pool. It is unlikely that we will be returning to this pool anytime soon unless this changes.I am however grateful the manager allowed us to play in the sprinklers for the last 15 minutes because the elderly people left but it still is unfortunate that we paid full price to use the facility and weren’t told that all of the sprinklers wouldn’t be available for playing in.

Great pool for kids! Also, there is a gymnastics room where they have classes and walk in time for kids to play.

My granddaughter is having her 2 years ago birthday party there with the use of the gym for every one of her friends afterwards. Everyone were having such a great time. The kids were all thoroughly enjoyed themselves and parents were all having fun with their children. Great fun for everybody. Its an excellent idea to engaged everyone to joined in with the fun. The place is very clean, staffs are very helpful. Great place for childrens party.

Great place for hosting small and medium sized birthday parties. You can reserve the rock climbing space for an hour with an instructor and then move over to a room you set up for cake and presents. People were fairly nice and the kids loved it. It cost about $120 for the two hours.

I love this place. I come here to rock climb, and the instructors are super kind and helpful. If you dont have climbing shoes, or a harness, thats okay because they can provide you with both.

Came for the baby gymnastic event. It was a blast! They put it all of the equipment and let the kids go nuts. Im thinking of signing them up. Noticed a huge workout area. Baseball diamond, play area, green grass everywhere! Worth the trip, will be back. Handicap accessible, water, Restroom.

Membership here is really affordable for a family. We use the daycare thats included and swim a lot at the Link rec. Great way to get a workout if you have little kids

I actually only went to Vote here but Ill actually consider it for some family fun.

Baby girl loves the warm water and the pool is the perfect depth for toddlers/young kids.

The people there were really nice, so was the Tai Chi teacher.

We love this recreation center! The classes are wonderful for my three year old daughter - weve taken gymnastics, swim lessons and rock climbing. I wish there were a few more drop-in gymnastics classes but outside of that, no complaints! Enjoy the swimming pool remodel.

This area I grew up in and went to with my grandparents every summer with my cousins. Good place for children to swim around and have fun

The outside portion of this place is awesome! Skatepark, baseball, basketball, soccer fields, community garden, playground and I heard there is a water park and pool inside, too, right next to B&G club. Beautiful strolling areas, paved and grassy, as well ample parking. Hidden gem.

Swimming lessons here are awesome. The pool is warm for small children. Plus there is a zero entry pool which isnt deeper than 2 feet.

I love this rec center! They have most everything you need and a wonderful staff to boot!

Just absolutely amazing. My family goes here 5 times minimum over summer. It’s an amazing location, the staff and faculty are very friendly, easy parking, and has beautiful park here too. Stellar location for birthdays as well. Admission fees are basically the best in town, $4 for kids, $5 for seniors, and $6 for adults. We’ve gone here for nearly 5 years, great service.

Its a nice pool with warm water inside of ice cold water.

This is a fun place. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I ESPECIALLY LIKE Brenda at the front desk. She helped us when we first started going there to exercise and swim. The lifeguards are very professional, but also fun. I also am impressed how clean the center is.

We meet here weekly for church. The rec center leases out a room. All the staff are very polite. On the rec center side, the pool is awesome. Its warm! There used to be a pirate ship here, but they remodeled and got rid of it... Truly unfortunate. The rock wall is a blast with a variety of skill levels. They also offer discount nights for climbing, be sure to look them up!

Great pool with kid features, and fun water slide. Excellent rock climbing wall, gymnastics equipment, classes, work out equipment. Great summer camps for the kids, and very friendly/ inclusive exercise class instructors.

Even though we live in denver we love this rec center! It had a rock climbing wall gymnastics and warm pool it’s a perfect place for all the fun!

Great rec center with lots of offerings. The pool is really warm which is perfect for small kids and its indoor so you can enjoy it year round. They updated it recently so the locker rooms are all refreshed.

Best place to take toddlers swimming. I havent really used their other facilities, but the pool is by far the warmest around by about 10 degrees. The toddler area is also completely separate from the deeper pool so they cant wander into the deep part by accident. My one and three year olds love it. Older kids might get bored.

The pool remodel is great for the kids and we also enjoy the gymnastics area. The drop in session on saturday mornings works great for us.

The pool is a great place and it isnt very expensive lifeguards sometimes have a face but besides that they are strict and dont let people throw babies back and forth to each other and dont let adults kiss around any kids plus any reports that Ive made to the lifeguards they do change it I always go there when its hot out and if something goes wrong with the pool and they have to make yoy get out and youve been there for around 1 hour or less they give everyone who is there with you a pass to go on free any other time

Ill always prefer outdoor polls but Lakewood Link recreation indoor pool was a good enough choice alternative for the kiddos. No disappointments

Water is a little too warm it feels humid and the guards yell too mch its very stuffy water too much bleach.

Im happy to have this place in my neighborhood. They have a decent amount of equipment and I dont have to fight for time on machines like at my last gym.

The link is a great recreational facility, with many different programs and activities, such as rock climbing, gymnastics and swimming. All of the staff are very nice, except for Chris L, the climbing instructor. Avoid him at all costs. He has some serious anger issues, and poses some unprecedented customer service anomalies. In other words, he is a Brobdingnagian, irascible, imbecile. Some may say he is “a little intense”. Others say he is a “droning, milk-livered, maggot-pie”. Chemists compare him to nitrogen triiodide. He is very easily perturbed. Hitherto, the rock climbing program has been great. Let’s hope it can restore its former greatness.

Amazing front desk people! Every time you walk in they have a smile on their face and seem so eager to want to help, they are the only reason I am not giving this place a 1 . My ex-boyfriend had put our baby girl in gymnastics classes, when I went to pick my daughter up that day since my ex had a work commitment; the facility was crawling with ants and looked as though something sticky had been spilt on the floor. The coaches seemed annoyed and behaved unprofessionally, as I heard one cussing to another employee in the corner after class was dismissed that she cant wait to get the f@$* out of here and there was tension in the air as well as screaming kids and a filthy facility crawling with ants. I was appalled that my ex had signed our 5 and 1/2 year old up at such a dirty unprofessional place to say the least. The gym is not the only dirty part of the facility, the locker rooms are also covered in toilet paper and urine. Icky place with unprofessional staff.

Great pool for the kids! There is a pirate ship the kids can climb on and a big slide. Tables and benches for people to sit near the side of the pool. Staff is friendly and there are family changing rooms.

Front desk staff is friendly and helpful. Climbing wall staff is knowledgeable and runs a tight ship.

We reserved The Link for my moms memorial service & at our most difficult time, this staff was the most professional, courteous staff to work with. Everything was exactly the way it was promised, and I just cant say enough about how happy we were with The Link.
