Lived here just over a year. Very nice, clean, quiet & well maintained. Friendly neighbors and staff.Great location, just south of Belmar shopping center, so close & easy access to grocery, restaurants, theater, shopping.Glad to live here!

I live here and buying our home in a senior park wasnt what we were ready for. Was I ever wrong. Its delightful, our neighbors never grew up and the managers know and do their job very well, all the while having a great sense of humor. The park is clean with a clubhouse open to all, (private parties too). If you can find a coach for sale here, give it some thought. Shopping, dining, theaters, its all here.

Ridgewood Mobile Home Park is very nice!! The manager, Beth, is so sweet. They have more mobile home for sale. It is a Senior Citizen Community. Super quiet! Love it!

This is a seniors only property rental available but mostly retired homeowners its a semi protected fenced property not bad
