Go to visit my uncle every week and make sure that hes okay
Lived there from Feb to Nov, 2015 So, I cant really speak to how it is now (went by very recently and looks even better (cleaner) now). The woman who was in charge, Patty King, was the best landlord I ever had. If shes still there, its likely a great place to park/live with your trailer. However, word of caution, it was at the time, fairly populated and run by meth addicts, drunks and hookers so the police were there a lot. You need to know something about your trailer and hooking it up to the lot, they dont (didnt?) offer assistance and youre basically on your own as far as moving in. Laundry room was on site and always kept clean. Great location, right near Sloans lake. Aside from the residents, its great!
Nice place
Decent enough
Had a great time and will return eventually
For the restrictions lifted it is quite a cheap place to live in general. Most people keep to themself.
I was there visiting a resident with birthday greetings & it was peaceful and quiet.
So dirty with broken vehicles people use their yards for storage and trash ugh
Nice palace but some neighbors are trashy.
Lived at Mitchells a few years ago and it was a very pleasant place to live. The lady that is the Manager, Ms Patty King is very very very nice!
