I am a real estate agent that works in this community. This mobile home park was started in the early 1970s. Its a decent mobile home park with reasonable space fees considering what rent costs these days. The location is one of the best for a mobile home park in Denver. Its close to shopping and easy access to Hampden and living in the southwest area is a safer and more convenient place to live. You are close to the mountains as opposed to living on the other side of town like Aurora. Probably the most expensive mobile home park is in Golden, but if you still want just as nice of an area, choose here for a lot less cost! Contact me if you need help.
