I have lived for 24yrs now .Its pretty bad when the City of Lakewood has to come in an do the managements job by inspecting the trailer court space by space taking pic an videos of each one then sending letters to over half of the lots telling them what they have to do with in 10days or be fined.. Its f**d up that the City had to come in an tell the Children to clean their ROOMS! an try to make the Management/Owners do the things they should already be doing!! Like fixing all of the potholes just for starters

It was a nice place until some else took it over stuff was getting done but now nothing gets done have a guy trying to do the work of 4 persons and think that he is just running him self in to the ground
