Park is much more packed and less clean than picture suggests. Spaces were small and open ones needed cleaning and prep work, equipment was well used and needed updating.

Theres tons of roaches. My neighbor had tons of rats. This place needs to be condimed. I paid 2000 dollars and was promised brand new windows and never got anything until I moved out. Now 21 has new paint and new windows on my dime when I was thrown out. Save yourself the time and heartache and never move here. You cant afford it. Oh yeah after I paid and moved in Neil bought himself a new truck!! Went from an old beat up Ford to a brand new truck. He even admitted to me he shouldnt have spent money that wasnt his!

My friend lives here and he likes it but sometimes it says it management its kind of strange

Some neighbors are rude. Ive had all my yard tools go missing. Maintence was fixing my pipes a year ago and left a hole in the back of my yard and never came back to fill it. The hole is still there. My shovel went missing after he dug the hole in my yard. So I cant fill the hole myself. Neighbors yards are very dirty and look like hoarders live here. I only stay here because its very cheap rent.

Pretty run down. Need to have some owners CLEAN UP around their trailors. Pack-rats & dirty people make the place ugly.

Bad place full of meth heads and all ways full of drunks just a bad place dont rent or buy. Here your better off renting some were eales cant even keep the area clean yo
