It needs to be cleaned up some places look trashy

Why do I give the property five stars? Because I know that the program the owner has works. And I know several tenants that have titles to their mobile homes. I also know the owner doesnt tolerate living in filth especially yards that look like junk yards. Yes it would be a pretty decent looking Mobile Home Park if some tenants cared more about the appearance of their yards. And yes if tenants do not keep up with their property and maintain it and pay their rent on time then they lose their rights. The mobile homes that need a lot of repairs are basically given to the tenants but they still have to pay lot rent. And many of the tenants living there are average working people and yes some are on disability. But they choose to live there. I suggest if youre unhappy living there then look for something else.

Most of the people on here are people who have gotten kicked out and got mad! On the add it specially says “handyman special” if you aren’t good at working on things then by all means find another place to live but management is great! Several people have titles to their homes. Yes, some of them need a lot of work but in the end it will be your home to decorate it how ever you want. You can re do the trailer if you want! It’s just an amazing deal!

If you are in dire need of a place to live it can help you but if not dont waste your time there.

Love the people here. Management is awesome. They tell you how it is and help out whenever possible.

One of the most run down places Ive ever been in my life, they put the slum in slumlord. Two inch wide cracks between the walls and floors, could see daylight and the outside through them. Awful. Roaches galore.

Rules are beyond retarded. The trailer are barely good enough to even look much less to live in. Holes in walls, holes in floor, if code enforcement came thru he would shut this place down.wiring is from the 16 century b.cDo not go there to live just buy a tent and live in the woods.there will no difference.

I give them only 1 star because I cant give them zero. I brought a friend of mine there a week ago to look at a couple trailers and they were trashed. The floors were all ripped up and if there was carpet I couldnt tell because it was so filthy. One trailer had holes in the floor and a big stain on the carpet in the living room from an animal and there was a litter box in the kitchen. It smelled so bad I could hardly breath. I didnt want to go in any further but I was curious to see the bathroom and back bedroom. I couldnt understand how someone could live in it that way. I would sleep in my van before I rented one of their trailers. My friend read several reviews and one person said that her kids couldnt play outside and another one said the landlord enters your trailer when you are not home. I was going to move in with her but not if she moved there. Just read all the reviews and if that doesnt convince to stay away then go see for yourself.
