I like how big the park is and how many choices there are to walk. There is alot of play equipment for kids. This is also a wonderful park to walk your dog. The park has shelters to bring your picnic. It also has a small lake to walk around. It is peaceful to sit on a bench and read a book. I would recommend to stop, park and explore this park.

Large walking path near a pond, connecting to a great bike trail. Playground is large. You can rent the large shelters near the playground for parties, which I have for birthdays. Great park!

Wonderful big park with Frisbee golf, a pond for kids fishing only (14 and under only. No one ever reads the signs), has a creek running through it, which is dry at the moment, and a long trail perfect for a walk with the dog or bike ride.

9 hole disc golf course, quick and easy somewhat wooded course, 2 mandos. The park is very large, has a nice little pond, some large fields but nothing set up for sports that I noticed. The kids toys are pretty standard has two swings l, one for with an infant seat. Overall nice park, especially for a quick game of disc golf if you are in the area.

Good place to take the kids or go for a walk. Needs some trees around the lake though... Its very plain and boring there and some shade over the benches would be nice.

We attended the Lacey Fish-In at the lake here. It was rainy but we had a fantastic time. Fun park! We were successful in catching a fish and would have stayed for longer if it wasn’t raining. We will be back as we enjoyed our time here.

It was very exciting my grandson is almost two and the slides and play equipment was perfect for his age. They also have more stuff for older kids. One thing I didnt like was that they have bark for the ground so my grandson got slivers in his hand I wish that they had foam padding. We even got to see the Canadian geese.

Beautiful green grass, lots of trees and a great place to play Frisbee or walk your dog. Minus one star, because of the amount of duck droppings on the path.

This park is really neat. There is a big playground good for little and big kids, pond to feed ducks and geese, gazebo to sit under, community center, disk golf and trails to walk around. We took 6 kids ages 3-17 and had a blast. We even did some geocaching. Definitely will be back to this one.

I really love this park due to disc golf an its free (please donate- they have a box for it) well maintained course.Every hole is different and unique shooting in the woods makes it a lot more interesting then shooting in a field.Note this course isnt too bad for a beginner. 9 holes.Park also have cover area for barbecues/grills. Plenty of beaches though out the parkPlayground for kidsGreat park

Wonderful play area with some covered areas for larger groups ($50 reservation fee). The attached disk golf course is short but nice. The reason I docked it down to 4 stars is for the horrendous amount of Hornets. Made my 5 year old daughters birthday less fun.

Review №33

Great park with a lot of trails and clean restrooms. It’s close to a major grocery store for last minute items and has easy access with a good amount of parking. The playground is newer and well maintained. The area is very open which is great for keeping an eye on the kids but, if it’s windy, be prepared to weigh items down. There are Yellowjackets in warmer weather so wasp and hornet traps are helpful and effective. The 4’x4’ grills rotate which is helpful when it’s windy but they are greasy. Bring foil and paper towels if you plan to use them.

We love having family birthday parties here. Nice trails, beautiful lake, wonderful play area for the young in age and heart. Has a Community center you can rent out for gatherings, or call the Parks deptment and schedule a time for you to use the covered Barbique area with tables. Grass gets really wet and muddy when its rainy season, so be careful.

Great playground with a play structure for 5 - 12 years old and another for younger kiddos. Good variety of playground toys including a tall climbing wall, tall slide, monkey bars, rope climb and swings. Nice view of the lake near by. My little one loved throwing rocks into the water and seeing the ducks. The park is dog friendly as long as they are on the leash and you pick up after them so our pup Finn got to come along too. Next time we will check out the trails! There are some paves trails that would be great for walking or biking.
