Very clean, nice park. Two fairly separated areas with play structures. Very short toddler swings, not for vigorous swinging. Plenty of shade and grass to run.

This is a nice, little neighborhood park with a lovely, grassy field, a covered picnic area with other picnic tables scattered throughout the park, a playground and a porta-potty.

Covered area with picnic tables, portable bathrooms, play area with equipment, plenty of room for playing. Beautiful park that is very well maintained by the City of Lacey.

Lots of open space for group activities like soccer or volleyball. Theres a small playground complete with swings and slides. a basketball court is on the northern side of the park, next to the shelter. Great spot for neighbors to walk and kids to play!

Big open area with lots of picnic tables. Covered gazebo area with large bbqs. Big playground area as well.

Its well maintained, pet walker friendly with waste bag stations, covered table area.

It was really fun especially if you like to run around and roll down the hill with your friends

This is a great park. During the summer its usually packed, but in the winter its pretty much all yours. The equipment does a decent job at not collecting water, so its mostly okay for play as long as it hasnt rained that day. Enjoy!

Nice park. Good Fields. Definitely wish they had real bathrooms other than porta potties and bathrooms on the other side of the fields.

Decent little park, good for 8 year olds playing soccer. I had to use the restroom while I was here, only to find my options limited to a Portable Toilet, and the great outdoors. Reluctantly, I used the former, and to my dismay, there was an empty seat cover container. Luckily, I was able to use the facilities while standing, but what if I had not? What. If. I. Had. Not. One star.

Nice playground, great spot for picnic but just wish they had real bathrooms.We always have BBQ out here.

Has a lot of grills

Lacey Parks and Rec does a lot to maintain their parks. I think because of that the community also keeps up the parks, I do not see a lot of trash or graffiti.

Such a great place to let your kids run, have a picnic and enjoy your family. Only negative is that it has a porta potty to relieve yourself.

Nice neighborhood park. There are two sets of big toys, one for younger kiddos and the other for bigger kids. All in all it has 4 swings (two regular and two baby) 1 twirly slide, 2 short slides and 1 double, a bunch of benches for parents, a tic tac toe game, a 4 person spring saw, chain monkey bars, a monkey bar dome and more. Surrounding the plaground there are soccer fields, a half basketball court and a covered gazeebo for bbqs. Also, if its dry and youre feeling adventurous, there is a bowl-type grass feature which i assume is for water overflow that you and your kiddos can roll down, or sled down with the occasional snow. Been going here for years and have lots of great memories.

Thornbury is a great family location. Quiet and comfortable, it is very functional for all kinds of activities.
