This is a great place to enjoy paved walking paths, wild flowers, & nature. There are a few little surprises along the way too! When I started visiting this preserve over 30 years ago I used to love being able to ride my bicycle through. I have a hard time to walk these days & now that they no longer allow riding through it I dont get to enjoy it as much as Id like.

Nice casual walk through some pretty flowers and a nice little pond and waterfall. It is best to go when the park is officially open.

Pretty good. Native plantings, mostly man made but great spot for nature at the edge of town.

Small but nice place to walk or sit and enjoy being outdoors. Especially good walks for little ones or those with limited mobility. Lots of bridges and benches.

A hidden gem which I cant say enough good things about. Tucked off to the side of Highway 33, its got a way of escaping notice; you gotta be on the lookout for it or youll miss it. Extremely tranquil place, very peaceful, where you can be alone with your thoughts as you take in the beauty of the landscape, the flowing stream, and the waterfalls. At the same time, there are residences very close by, so it feels quite safe.

I love bringing my kids here; we get to see squirrels, turtles, chipmunks, and sometimes even the chickens that wander the grounds. Skateboards arent allowed and bikes must be walked, but that means you can enjoy more of the ponds, waterfalls, and creeks! I also run here, sometimes in loops, because of the varied and forgiving terrain which includes wood and blacktop. As of yet the bathroom building is inaccessible, and Im not sure if they will keep it up or reopen it. Great place for picnics, but bring a blanket because there are no tables!

A beautiful nature preserve tucked away just on the edge of town. Its not very well known in town, so its usually fairly quiet. Noticed many updates the last time I went. Nicely kept.
