I Lived here as a child and it was a wonderful community, so many great childhood memories. They had a beautiful swimming pool, club house and the community was beautifully maintained. The community was named Beaver Lodge back then. We lived in lot #99 a brand new home along with many, many brand new homes that resided in the community. The park was fully occupied then and the water treatment plant was in perfect condition then. This place is not a community any longer it is a mobile home junk yard and the water is not safe at all. I cannot believe this place has not been condemned. So sad to see what new owners do to mobile home communities with each new owner takes another piece of the good away.
All trailers are old and falling apart. The grass is never mowed and really tall. The water tastes horrible. There are cats are everywhere. There is trash everywhere. The entire place should be condemned. The only good thing about it is the location isnt in town but, on the outside edge of town.
Had friends that lived here many years ago. Drove through & couldnt believe how run down it is now. The pictures shown here are flattering. Looks like it should be condemned. The few mobile homes here look terrible. Definitely the worst Mobile Homes Park in Kokomo. Its a shame because several years ago it was a nice country Mobile Homes Park with a pool & playground, obviously that was days gone by. I wouldnt want to see anyone live under these conditions . The owners should be ashamed.
Its a quiet place to live but the owner does need to do improvements
Is one of the worst trailer park I have ever seen...owner should be ashamed of that condition that park is in...I wouldnt live there if they paid to ...needs closed down
Dirty but homey and quiet
Messy, dilapidated, kinda scary looking park
Love the country living
Okay place
Wouldnt recommend
