Hmmm, kind of congested in areas, seems quiet, but it was a Monday and people were out late...???

I have a few relatives that live out here. They get along great with her neighbors and have no problem with management and that says something right there. The last time I was out there they actually had maintenance guys going around and golf carts picking up trash I thought that was a spectacular idea.

Not a pleasant place to work or live ..I was the previous maintenance supervisor and a resident. The park has literally went to hell with the new owners the park is in a uproar residents are being sent notices of evictions saying claimingthey have not paid their rent when in factthat they have paid their rents on time every month ...And it is all due to the fact that the new management does not now how to do their job .And with enormous rent raises and now being charged for illegal fees for their water and use of dumpsters... they charge the residents a fee that is almost double of what the even pay for the dumpsters...what a joke ....the new so called manger is in violation of people privacy laws and if they are not careful will result in a large lawsuit... not only to mention of all the residents selling and fleeing the park do to poor treatment and the neglect and upkeep. and are also made to feel that their home are held hostage and cannot be sold without their permission and can never be move from the park ....have a great day

My grandmother has lived here for years. Very clean, quiet area.

One of the cleanest and best mobile home parks in town

Dont expect anyone to answer the phone here, but expect to be charged the same as you would if you just got a mortgage or an apartment in the area. Furthermore, they advertise themselves as the nicest mobile home community in town, but they are still just as the ghetto as the rest - filled with their own breed of crime, drug dealing, and debauchery. What they want to be and what they truly are dont match, so dont be fooled into believing otherwise. Even if, like us, you were helping a relative find housing, you wont get anywhere. They treat potential residents like they have the plague or like they hold the keys to heaven. News flash: this is a trailer park, not a gated community.

Clean, well maintained, and very quiet community.

High lot rent and gets raised every 3 months piss poor management! No enmities, trash dump placed far away for most rents.

Its a beautiful park only because you have a awesome manager. Her name is Tina she is awesome.

Clean friendly place

Great place to live. Very clean and well kept. Close to a School that has grades Pre K to 8th grade. Office staff and Maintenance are experienced and hard working.

I know that weve never been happier. The manager of the park Tina was awesome to work with, she went above and beyond to hwlp us in any way she could .
