I have nothing but good things to say about this park. I feel safe and welcomed. I think Jana is a great park manager. Honestly I dont think I will move from here.

Ive lived in Maple lawn village for 20 years my first moved in the rent with 170 its now 329 it goes up five to ten dollars every year thats the only thing bad about it but a bank owns it and you know Banks

I hate this place because vicky was running the place. And she put on fauls information on me and my husband. That ruined are life. Shes lier and a snake. And i hope someone dose her the same way.

It is a pretty quiet and family oriented park. Pretty willing to work with people in certain situations. Theres always bad stories even in the best of neighborhoods.

The prices are too high. I have two friends who live here and they got the same amount of rooms and bathrooms but DIFFERENT PRICES. The lead manager I’ve heard is super rude and cocky. I recommend not living here the price is ridiculous and they’ll only try to get more money from you.

Park manager is super sweet and nice. Nice looking place, and love how they treat it as a community and not just some trailer park.

Obviously they have some sort of problem with keeping the water how should i say it drinkable in some sort of world maybe it is ok to say that i think living there is not the best option but its ok?

They take forever getting there water turned back on or when they bleach there water make me not want to drink water anymore

Dont drink the water there if its on, if you like drinking bleach water this is the place for you.Trailers are high priced save your money dont move there, if you do keep all your paper work KEEP EVERYTHING from them
