Room for improvement, owner refused to fix anything.

Just getting moved in so far I believe its going to be a nice place to live some things I dont agree with but its one of them things that to make it way you expect ...you have do what you have to do make a clean happy home .

The owner of the may partly take care of the landscaping but when it comes to taking care of the trailers he says hell fix it but never does.
