Seems a little sketch at times, though in a very nice neighborhood. I probably wouldnt like my wife to be there alone, but its nice for a quick family outing along the water. Pretty views
Here’s a convenient little park in West Knoxville on Fort Loudoun Lake that’s not well known. A nearby resident told me that it had 14 acres and was created by President Roosevelt in the 1930s. It has many big trees and is very steep along the lake banks. There’s only three designated parking places for it on the dead-end street.
The lake is always wonderful

Not really a park anymore, but interesting to read about it while you are in the parking lot
