I only went there to pick up my grand daughter. From what I saw it was a neat and clean trailer park where I had to go. I didnt see people out and about.

I have lived here on and off for the majority of my life. Owner and his wife are good people and its worth the price for a peaceful, quiet and safe place to live. With or without children.

Quiet and well kept mobile home park I have every visited.

Lived here 7 years, price always increases, $700 a month is too much for a 25 year old trailer, never paid it off either- had 6 more years left before it was paid off, property managers are bullies and pick favorites and bully families. If you have children, they are safe in this neighborhood but once they are caught doing one thing they do everything in that park thats wrong.

Scammers, gave me a quote. 625 a month for 10 years and the house is yours. Raised my rent 3 months later. After 9 years wouldve priced me out of their. Dont trust nice.

Very well respected Mobile Home Community. The managers are very nice but strict, if you know the rules an abide by the rules then everything goes very smoothly. If you want to cause a seen an be obnoxious then dont even plan on moving in cause you will not last here. This is not your normal tailor park. This is a quiet community. No thieves are recommended, you might get something you wasnt trying to get!! No druggies, you also will not last.If you want a peaceful, worry free home then is could be your last stop in looking for your forever home!Have a wonderful day!!

It might be a good place for people to live but you have management that think they are god and can do whatever they want even if it is against the law to do and heras people who live there

I visit Plantation Acers very often. My best friend of 35 years lives there.Its not a place i like to go. Management very rude. You will be stopped an ask what business you have an who your going to see. I have been ask how long i will be there. I fee like its invasion of my privacy. Not a good place to visit or live.

The landlords BOTH are cery unprofessional and they lie. The water is paid within the rent and somehow they constantly rip you off and LOVE to tell you that “you must have a leak somehwere”. They are straight up CROOKS. Not to mention that they allow registered child predators to live there. The police are out there constantly because, although the units are in nice shape, they allow trouble makers to live there. We also started having issues with roaches coming up through our drain pipes because of our filthy neighbors.

Clean but it looked really cramped together the houses were really close and hard to identify whose was whose at night time.I noticed people didnt have much of a yard.

The park manager is a lier. Theyll make a deal then theyll charge more. Mobile homes are not worth what they charge. Like a car they loose value.
