We had the opportunity to go and and enjoy the river with our own kayak. It is in the middle of the city, very close to Disney area with hotels nearby. You can also rent kayaks from the local shop, and enjoy the beautiful nature. The park itself it’s pretty small, but the best attraction is taking a kayak, paddleboard, or a little boat down and up the river for a nice calm ride. Lots of turtles, some gators, and lots of birds, you can also see people fishing

Finding a piece of nature, in the immense land of concrete and traffic, is just wonderful.Only improvement needed is make sure all roads have signs.

Very nice well kept park. Even though you are in the middle of a town with all these stores and things, it makes you feel like you are in the country. Very peaceful and some interesting things to look at with the Steffee house and everything. Most of the trail is boardwalk but some of it is a dirt trail.

There is a short trail and boardwalk here that offers a leisurely stroll through the woods near Shingle Creek. You can also see the Steffee House as well as an old caretaker house (neither are available for entry). There is also a good sized open space for activities as well as a pavilion with picnic tables. You can also reach Steffee Landing from here using the bridge over Shingle Creek. There you can find restrooms, vending machines and a place to rent canoes and kayaks.

Its a nature place, there hire trees, you can connect with nature and have a good time
