Our guide Chris was awesome. Hes the right mixture of fun, excitement and knowledge. Although, most ppl are out here looking for gators, I really enjoyed watching . So. Many. Birds! The sunset was spectacular, Chris stopped the boat ( its loud ) several times to allow us opportunities to enjoy the serenity of the moment, take pictures and ask questions. He even took shots from the deck of the individual families in board. Great for all ages. My husband had a blast. I had a blast. This is something we will definitely do again in the future.

This is an awesome place. We came to Florida for Disney and to see a launch or 2, but we wanted a little real Florida experience too.We found Boggy Creek Airboat Adventures in the travel magazine. Both of my kids asked to do that experience so we surprised them on our last full day.I think everyone on our boat was looking for gators, probably ignoring most of what the guide was saying. I know I was.We still tipped him generously, even though no gators were seen. Thankfully there were small ones back at the compound in a zoo type area.Our package included a BBQ lunch which was fantastic. We even had enough to bring some back to the house for dinner later that night.The kids liked the gem mine which was also included for each of us including adults.Overall we would definitely come down again on another visit. Maybe do an evening boat ride for a better chance to see gators.

Went for the Jolly Creek holiday festivities at Boggy Creek. The event features live music, lights, and a few activities (free & paid) for the kiddos. Santa and his airboat are there for meet and greets with his trusty gator Gingersnap leading the way. The elves were all friendly and focused on engaging the kids, and kids at heart, in their activities.It was a cute way to spend a couple of hours.

Small but very cozy and beautiful. We where there for Jolly creek and the music was awesome, Santa in the airboat look super nice. Food not much variety, and so so. The walking tree super cool. Nice for families.

We did a private tour for the 5 of us. Our captain showed us some great sites, lots of wildlife (including several gators) and he explained some interesting facts about the area. Great fun for all of us.

The air boat Captain Andy was amazing. The view was magnificent, the wildlife was perfect. The birds walking across the lily pads, the swarm of gators just below the surface, the blue heron, the most beautiful lone cedar tree in the middle of the water, the purple, pink, and orange skies. It was a wonderful night and experience. I cant wait to do it again.

Fantastic experience, especially if youve never done airboats before. The staff was very friendly and nice, and the driver of the airboat (Im sorry I forgot your name!!) was obviously very familiar with his equipment. Very much worth it to just do the hour ride... great way to see the natural wonders of Florida, and see some wild alligators! Highly recommend!Certain parts were pretty covered in bugs, but myself being very mosquito-prone, didnt get bit. If you bring a hat, make sure its the kind with a head/neck strap... this is a very windy experience. It can get loud, but tolerable; they do provide ear-pro if needed.Weather for us that day wasnt bad, but when were riding around, it cools down quite a bit. Definitely bring with you a light windbreaker for the wind, the sun, and just in case it rains on you a bit.(It was a heavy sprinkle for us for a couple of minutes, and with us being from Vegas, it was actually quite welcome...jacket still helped make it more comfortable though. )

Just looking through my memories and didn’t remember to review this place! The airboat captain was really kind and had lots of jokes and information. There were lightning warnings the day our group went and their protocols were super sound. The view was really nice and we saw a few gators and rarer birds we haven’t seen before.

We went on the nighttime airboat ride and it was amazing. The breeze felt great, and once we got out past the swampy part and he turned off the boat, it was so quiet and peaceful. Our guide was fun and knowledgeable. There were only seven of us on the boat, so we were able to socially distance quite well (important during these crazy times). The setup while waiting for our ride was nice too. There was a tiki bar where you could get drinks, and the fog queen was wandering around being creepy (Im assuming this was a Halloween gimmick and shes not there all the time ) Overall it was a great time. Highly recommend

Great Experience! Went for Jolly Creek Christmas celebration and it didnt disappoint! We made smores, went on an airboat ride, took photos with Santa and enjoyed the live Christmas music! Fun family experience in the country.

Absolutely loved our airboat ride. It was a blast I will definitely be back. It was the most family-friendly fun exciting Gator spotting yet! The restaurant and tiki bar were close and fun! Cant wait to go back!

Came down from Auburn. AL to visit Epcot as primary reason. Was unable due to covid 19 to make our usual May trip so booked only one day in park. But my wife wanted to take an airboat ride as only other time we did one was during pouring rain in south Florida. Do NOT recommend any airboat trip in rain. No matter what anyone says!Anyway, due to covid worries we set up the VIP one hour tour normally where minimum person count is 4, but paid for 4 people for only the two of us.Had plenty of room as took out the large 17 passenger airboat! Our captain, Chris, was extremely friendly and knowledgeable of plants and wildlife. Did trip at 1 PM and saw 6-10 alligators plus lots of turtles and birds also. Stopped quite a few times for questions and to point out things to us.Once again, Chris very friendly and super nice person. We joked back and forth with him on a lot of items, some not even related to the tour during the hour period. Really appreciated this as very professional. Also answered a lot of questions on airboats and engines, as I use to have an airplane with a propeller....like airboats are just boats with propellersAfter ride ate pulled pork sandwich and gator bites, which were the best I have ever had.Highly recommend this tour if in the area

Awesome time on our tour. We saw a few gators. We had a great tour guide who stopped and showed us tons of different things and explained everything. Definitely will do this again

Did not meet expectations. We did enjoy the Native American exhibit and the bow and arrow lesson the most. As I know there are certain things that are out of anyone’s control like seeing gators and rain that stopped our tour 15 minutes prior but our guide was very blah and did not make the ride exciting whatsoever. He did one drift the whole time which my teenage boys celebrated and enjoyed. I would’ve thought paying for the private tour which consisted of teenagers and the guide noticing our excitement with the one drift would’ve triggered the guide to have some fun.

Went for the Scream and Stream. NOTHING what I was expecting! Waste of money. It was a huge conga line of cars. Nothing even remotely scary. My sister and my fiance said the best part was getting out and getting food and drinks at the little restaurant there. I would not know since I had to stay in the car the whole time to keep my place in line. There was nowhere to park so I could enjoy the food and drinks and atmosphere of the event. Horribly executed. We did end up having fun though, because the event was so bad we laughed a lot.

Was a lot of fun even though we didnt let some of that horsepower loose. The staff was real nice. The food was good too. Everything was reasonable priced too.

It was fun we got to see 2 baby alligators. They only drive up on one side of the boat that made it hard for everyone to see the alligators from the other side of the boat. When they ask if you want the sound protectors for your ears take them. The boat is very loud. It was a nice ride on the water.

This was one of the greatest places I have ever been! Our driver was extremely kind. There was stuff to do before the ride. The ride was great and we saw a lot of gators. The gift shop looked great but was closed when we were there. I just want to say thanks to our driver Capt. C for letting ride late and doing a great job at driving. This was one of the greatest experiences of my life.

They refused to take us out because there was only four of us. I asked why after driving an hour and the lady in the office said weather. I asked clear weather? She replied no lightning. I have a lightning app so I asked show me. She replied “well it’s the airboat captains call”. Stay away from these people. There are much better and less extensive rides.

My son and I went to Scream and Stream last night. Wanted to do something different since we’re in COVID. Didn’t realize it was over an hour away until it was time to go. We drove until the finally reached our destination which is where the road ended. A very long line to get into the lot. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and helpful. We ️️️️️the airboat ride, so grateful we brought our hoodies and wore them. Flying through the dark on and airboat at night was loads of fun. The boat captain was funny and nice. Forgot his name, young guy. Would definitely recommend..️️

The tour was great and our guide Taylor was great. It was a nice airboat ride with beautiful scenery. We did see several alligators. We had lunch there as well and the brisket was wonderful. The native American show was super informative and interesting. Come spend sometime at Boggy Creek with the family it was nice.

Really wanted to ride an airboat and it is has been checked off the list. Had a great time. This is early September in FL so it rains everyday right now but you can still get time out there in between the light rains as long as there is no lightning around. There is also a lot of ground to walk around and see some of the features mentioned on their site.

We enjoyed our airboat your with Andy. Even though is was a hot day he was able to find six alligators! We decided to add lunch and gem mining to our tour and I was surprised how much our teenagers enjoyed mining for gems! The employees are very friendly and accommodating. We recommend!

Can’t say enough positive things about our sunset ride. Beautiful sky, full moon on the opposite side of the sunset, Eagles, alligators, and abundance of water fowl. Our family of eight enjoyed it so very much!

This was a terrific tour with beautiful views and fun crew. If youre looking for a fun time out on the water, enjoy giving these guys a visit regardless of if you see Gators or not. Would not regret the money spent hope to try out their restaurant sometime soon given if things improve. Gift shop had a fun selection as well for anyone looking for souvenirs.

Great experience! You can see alligators, birds and wildlife. They are so nice. We also did the mining experience and have lots of gems to take home.

This is a family owned company that has been doing this for 20 years. They use to allow you to hold alligators here but not anymore. The have Boat tours that you can take if you dont want to get sprayed with water as it drives in the water sit in the middle of the boat you will get sprayed a little less. Sometimes you will see some rare Types of birds. We did not see a lot of Alligators on the boat raid just 3. Around mating season some time the alligators will hit the boat. Kids 5 and under must use a life vest on the boat.The Tore guys give you some fun and interesting facts about the area and the gators. They answer your questions to the best of our abilities. Theyre willing to commodate you when it comes to moving closer to 2 things for pictures. They are open to you recording your experiences as well.There is an area where you can actually feed the gators here too.The dinner has alligator bites you can eat that tastes good. Their brisket is delicious as well. The Tater tots were a little salty. The gift shop is combined with the diner. They had some reasonably priced merchandise. Some of the merchandise seemed like they be hard to find anywhere else. Like The real alligator claws back scratchers. Over all this place was a Positive experience.

This is our fourth airboat ride. Every time we have out of state guests, this is a must. Nobody has ever been disappointed in the fun of this adventure. The staff is so courteous and professional and that is what keeps us coming back. Our next adventure will be a sunset ride which I hear are magnificent. We always give the driver a great tip because they deserve it as you will discover when you take your first ride. Enjoy!

We really enjoyed our experience at Boggy Creek. Aa we entered the building to make arrangements, we were greeted by friendly, helpful staff. Our guide, Taylor, was informative and patient, taking the time to point out wildlife and points of interest. The gem mining was really fun for the kids! We bought the package that included lunch. It was a good value and the food was tasty. The brisket was great! We will be back- all of us want to try the fast boat!

AMAZING! Our guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was also picturing a bumpy ride - this was smooth and easy.They provide headphones, but I feel like some in our party would have also wanted to double up and wear earplugs too. Just a heads up if you are thinking about what to pack besides a camera, and maybe some binoculars!

Scream N Stream a unique drive thru haunt experience offered during a pandemic of covid-19. Im unsure if they will return next year (2021) But this was definitely very fun. My only gripe was that the fog queen (the icon of the event) was doing car line duty down the road doing entertainment when she was supposed to be doing a show on the stage. My advice for next year if they go forward is to have a few fog queens on hand so they can offer entertainment to guests who are finished with their drive-thru experience and want something to see. Aka more bang for their buck. There is a BBQ restaurant on property however the majority of the seating looked to be outside! (Pro-tip- this is in a heavily wooded/swamp area make sure you bring mosquito spray if you decide to dine outside and check out the fog queen performance!)Rated 4/5 stars

This place is very nice and relaxing. Not the biggest but sure is nice. The price could be better but we had a good time watching wildlife that otherwise had to be seen in books, Internet or a Zoo. Recommended!!

GREAT EXPERIENCE! My husband, myself, and our 2 sons (8,7) went today and had a great time! Our guide Taylor was great! We even got to see a bald eagle! We saw several gators too! Went there for the Halloween Haunted Road. If I could give 0 stars I would. Not even worth my time explaining why, but just a few things...Its far, far away. You get there and wait more than an hour in line. Then when you go through the experience, you have to try to hear someone speaking from a microphone and with a mask, far away from you.Then you have people controlling your directions, if you stop or go, it just doesnt flow naturally.Horrible, I wish we could have our money back.

This place was great. We went on a 1 hour tour and everyone loved it. We went in the morning and saw a few alligators. The kids loved the gem mining. My wife and son were sick, so they couldnt make it. We had pre-purchased our tickets, and when I told them they refunded their tickets in full.

This was an awesome time. Our driver was great. We saw a lot of wildlife. The thunderstorm was unplanned but fun to watch. We felt safe the entire time. You could tell this company has expierence.

As newcomers to the area we had a great time on the airboat adventure. If we knew ahead of time that they changed their hours to be one hour later than we arrived it would have been five stars.

Loved this place, very natural, has an air if tranquility.The air boat ride was exciting. Even the three year old enjoyed it. The guide was very knowledgable and friendly, he really made our experience a great one. We saw five bald eagles and a couple of alligators and many other birds. My nine year old grand-daughter, enjoyed the mining experience where she managed to find several gemstones. All in all a great place. I look forward to going again.

Fun and breathtaking! The ride was also surprisingly comfortable. Loved seeing all the different birds, especially the mama trying, and succeeding by the looks of things, to scare the alligator away from her nest on the mud island.

Andy was our driver very kind took us all around the lake we saw several gators.. The best gator bites i have had in Osceola county., my day i was so relaxed andy took me and my family in his care he showed us diffrent plants and sighting. Andy is compassionate

It’s a beautiful surrounding. Unfortunately our 30 minutes air boat ride was cut short due to expected rain. We had paid $90+ for family of 3. The guide pointed out a gator nest. But most of us didn’t spot the well hidden gator which the guide was pointing out. Feel disappointed since didn’t see a single gator. For the cost we paid as a family, felt like a let down.We had taken a boat ride for whale watching in San Francisco and since we saw no whales on that trip and the trip was cut short, the boat company asked us if we wanted to do another complimentary tour to make up. Now that’s great and memorable service! They should have offered us the same.

Fun to try and really impressive how the driver of the swamp boat can spot alligators and other animals. Also very nice to hear some history about Indians living in the swamps.

Went looking for a day trip from Orlando and some good bbq. Was disappointed with both. The prices on the menu are set for tourist, which is appropriate for a tourist destination. Counter service. The most interesting thing on the menu is the large variety of sauces on the table. I had the lunch special pulled chicken sandwich. The hickory sauce was the best on the sandwich. As a short rest stop at the end of the road, it is worth about 30 minutes of time. It is very out of the way for other Orlando attractions.

Amazing. Well worth the money. The boat ride would be great even if there werent any gators. However, we saw loads of gators and birds and bugs. Just an awesome time. The guide was pleasant and funny and knew his stuff.The place is awesome too. Lots of fun things to do and photo opportunities. And an awesome cafe/restaurant.

Boggy Creek Airboat tour is so awesome! You fly above the water and see allegations! Very cool. My kids loved gemstone mining activity. They got a bucket of sand and screen box / strainers and start washing their sand. They got treasures! One amethyst was huge! Very educational and entertaining!

Really loved this experience. We went on an air boat tour and did some mineral hunting. The guide was funny and informative, they really want you to see an alligator as well. The food in the restaurant was delicious, especially the gator bites. Plenty for the whole family to do including young children.

Stopped in while road tripping back to Chicago from Miami with the family. We were not disappointed! The airboat ride was super fun (even though getting splashed with swamp water is super gross). The kids really enjoyed it. The views and photos were amazing. Id definitely do this again

A great airboat tour. Fun, fast, interesting and relaxing. Our boat had 3 long seats and could easily seat 15+ poeple. Boat Capt was nice and informative. Gem mining and Native American exhibit on the property also. A restaurant on site as well as a gift shop. Friendly staff.

Friendly staff gave good advice to take the next 30 minute tour verse the next 60 minute due to weather predictions this day. She wad right on! Just as we returned it downpoured. We did see 2 gators while we out and lots of birds, beautiful flowers too.

Great people great place I only wish I had time to stay longer and learn more about the native culture! Very clean open air facility. Our air boat driver was great, the man speaking about the native culture was engaging and entertaining. The kids loved mining for gems after the ride also. My 8 y/o son said this is the best day of my life! Im 37 and I smiled the whole time too so I cant say hes wrong!

You must do this air boat ride! Our operator has been doing this for 18 years and certainly gave us all a fantastic tour of nature! Food concessions and bathrooms on the grounds. This is a beautiful area of central Florida.
