Great ride. Chris was very knowledgeable of wildlife and history of the area. Sunsets are beautiful on the lake.

My husband and I went on a 9am, 1 hour tour with Chris and had an amazing experience. He really took the time to find some alligators and was very informative about the wildlife. We enjoyed the views and ride too (He did a 360 turn, which was awesome). It was super fun and would love to come back again!!

We took the 4 hour tour. It was a great experience. Our captain Scott was informative and a lot of fun. He showed us baby alligators, eagles, endangered birds. He shared a lot of interesting info about the Everglades and showed us all around the area.Highly recommend this company.

We were blessed to have Captain Scott as our 2-hour airboat guide, and glimpsed the beginnings of Shingle Creek. The area is gorgeous and just not something which can be described. But Captain Scott was an incredible guide, educator, and all around good man. The company has a great set up, and is great on communication and customer service, but its honestly Captain Scott (and his son on the dock who was helpful and kind...showed my daughter all the snail shells) who made the trip beyond memorable. So grateful.

This was a fun and exciting adventure! We had Captain Chris take us out on his airboat and saw 2 gators in the hour that we paid for. Captain Chris is very knowledgeable, funny, and a great captain, according to my 7 year old daughter.

It was fun, exciting, eventful. The beauty of nature can be seen here. Captain Bobby was fantastic. I recommend coming here drain the springtime. Remember to put sunblock/ sunscreen and a hat. Tipping? I recommend bringing cash instead of credit card. Overall, it was worth the trip.

Chris Passmore was our tour guide and it was the best experience Ive had. It was relaxing, then you get birds! Butterflies, unique plants, alligators, and more. I can say the experience is once in a life time and you really have to just relax and enjoy the scenery.

The Marsh Landing Adventure was a blast. Captain Scott is a straight shooter and a hell of a tour guide. I highly recommend taking a tour with him and this company!

Awesome big playground for older kids, and a complementing smaller playground for the little ones is just as cool. Covered pavillion, racquetball courts, and a nice little bike riding circle around the area too.

This has to be up there on my top experiences. We had such a blast and our guide was awesome! We will do this again!!

First time travel in the swamp ist was a good trip.

This was a fun idea to do. We loved the boat ride. It’s goes pretty fast. The day we went was extremely cold-luckily they can give you a “rain coat” inside the cabin for free - also helps against wind. Our guide was very informative when we stopped to see stuff.

Theyre not respectful of other people on the water. They drive over your fishing lines and pass too close to boaters and public piers. Theyre a noisy nuisance on the water. They need to stay in the marshy areas and stop acting like they own the cove.

The staff were so knowledgeable and friendly. We had a blast. Saw lots of different animals including baby alligators. Make sure you pick a sunny warm day if you want to see everything. The animals disappear when it is cool and cloudy.

Sooo goood

Good flat accessable parking and the whole place is wheelchair friendly. (But where in Florida isnt it) We had Capt Chris and went on a 2 hour tour staring at 9:00am. The weather was fine and no body was cold out on the water. We all had a great time and saw loads of wildlife including 2 adult and a whole brood of baby gators. A lovely way to spend the morning. I only wish it could have been longer.

My parents were in town for Thanksgiving. We couldnt really walk much, so the theme parks and shopping were out of the picture. I stumbled on Marsh Landing Adventures with a quick Google search. We got in our car and headed over there....boy was it worth it. It was just a fun experience if youve never been on an airboat. Captain Roy was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. The whole experience was just pleasant to say the least. We did see gators, but that was just part of the pleasurable experience. You would never have known this area existed just outside the hustle and bustle of the city. Thanks again for a great time, guys.

My son and I went for a ride with Captain Chris. We found him to be very professional and knowledgeable about the waters we toured. He knew all the top nesting spots where the gators come out to sun and knew the gators by name. We found the trip enjoyable and highly recommend the excursion.

This was terribly disappointing with captain Roy. We were out for under two two hours (paid for 2 hours) and he showed us cows... while looking at cows we spotted the 1 alligator (2 yrs old... so small) in the whole two hours and not once did he take us into areas where wildlife would be available to view on the water. We simply were taken out, went to Shingle creek, saw a dock and then brought back. He didn’t stop to tell us anything about the birds we were seeing, he didn’t stop to see turtles or to find alligators. It felt like he was simply filling the two hours. Incredibly disappointing.

Great place to spend an afternoon with the family

Great tour! Saw lots of wildlife and relaxing cruise through the Everglades.

I picked the 90 minute gator exploration package. In total we did about an hour and saw one gator. It was in the middle of nowhere and the captain knew exactly where to go to see it. Like it was set up there. It could have easily been dead or fake since it didn’t move a centimeter even when we came so close to it with the airboat. The tour was absolutely the worst for the amount of money I paid for 4 people. Basically we paid close to $300 for just a boat ride that was annoying loud and windy. Everyone left disappointed. On a positive note, everyone at the place was really nice! Even the captain. I love the people in Florida. All were extremely nice to us.

This was an excellent tour. Chris was our guide. He was local from the area and knew a lot about the ecology. Highly recommend you going back and visit

Great tour!! Especially if its your first time on an airboat!! We did the one hour tour and our captain Wade Cosgrove was very informative and took his time looking for the wildlife for us to see got so close to a gator we could of practically touched it!! Highly recommend!!

Scott our guide was awesome! Easy to book, easy to get to from our Universal Resort Hotel - we took Uber. The area was beautiful, lots of birds and we saw multiple alligators. So glad we decided to go on this adventure while visiting Orlando!

Such fun with Captain Wade. He really knows the waters, flora & fauna of the area. We saw numerous alligators, eagles & other wildlife while getting to view the beautiful marshlands of Lake Tito. We will definitely be back.

Very interesting experience. First time taking airboat. I only take 1 hour airboat. I can see an alligator, baby alligator, alligator egg, snail and lotus. I think if 3 hours tour can see more alligators. Tour guide has very good explanation of alligator. Make sure you hold your camera or cell phone tight when the airboat is moving. Very fun tour, must try once in your life.

Ask for Captain Wade. He lives on the lake and knows it like the back of his hand. He is very knowledgeable of all the wildlife. We were there just after mating season and the females were guarding the nests. One protective momma jumped out of the water and bit the boat but Captain Wade knew she was protective and was ready for her. Great time, I recommend the two hour tour.

Amazing. Really thrilling to fly over the marsh and spot alligators. We saw at least 4 big gators, and several babies.

If you are looking for alligators, this is not the trip for you in winter. We barely saw three alligators. It is also cold and windy so bring warm cloths/jackets with you. It costed us $90 bucks per person to see a few birds and one bald eagle. Not worth it. Skip it.

Remembering this from 2016 - what great afternoon. Not as much wildlife as we thought but then it was the hottest part of the day. Take the 90 minute tour or longer if possible. Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable of the area we visited, and we got to see some cool wildlife and a few gators. My friends and I are all science-trained and from Australia so some of the questions about the greater Everglades were either not answered well or brushed off which was probably the only disappointing aspect of a wonderful afternoon. Those boats are amazing!

Family of 5 went out today with Captain Mike. Enjoyable 90 minutes and great experience for all of us.Being this close to Kissimmee is very handy and the lake system is, over 12,000 acres, so lots of water and wildlife and we saw a Gator which was a bonus.Only suggestion we have, is the ability to pay and book via Credit Card. We dont have PayPal and so couldnt make the booking. We drove out and were able to get on a tour and happily paid cash.

They really know how to show you a great time. Our guide was extremely knowledgeable and could tell what we were most interested in. I will go again and recommend them to others. A must see!

Went on this tour as a couple date. We had so much fun. Chris was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about his gators. He was funny, and witty. He knows how to keep you entertained for the 2 hours. We saw several gators. Lil John, Susie, Brutish, Alba or Alma Zeus, one we named Amisha or Arnold if he’s a male and Mudbug, she’s a feisty one from what I heard. We saw another gator but I didn’t remember her name. We saw some baby gators as well. It’s so beautiful and peaceful out there you could easily get lost in the 360 view of water, wildlife, and sky view. If you’re in Kissimmee stop by you won’t be disappointed. Ask for Chris you won’t be dissatisfied. Tell him Blie ASICS sent you. Lhh

We had an amazing time on our trip! Our guide Chris made it such a fun experience. He took us to see breathtaking views, it truly was unbelievable scenery! Saw a few big gators and lots of small ones. We made multiple stops to get up close to them. I highly recommend!!

Loved it! It was a father & son afternoon with our Captain Dale, exciting, informative, we saw a 7 foot croc and its baby (maybe a foot long) and Tammy took care of booking our reservation and even helped us get an Uber to get us back to our hotel. What a great bunch of people and a unique experience.

We absolutely enjoyed ourselves!! Our expectations were exceeded. Our captain Logan was cool as a cucumber. He educated us on so many different things. He also made a lasting impression on my 7 year old son. We saw 5 gators (one mama + her two babies, one male, and one deceased male who apparently died in a mating season battle). Fantastic place where you book your air boat ride through the swamp land. There are various lengths of tours available but I would recommend the 90 minute tour as you explore so much more. The pilots are all very knowledgeable about the area and we managed to see 6 gates including 2 young ones. The seats are comfortable and are arranged in such a manner that everyone gets a great view as you speed along.

The reason I’m not rating it higher is because we left 15 minutes late ( that’s OK) but we got back over 10 minutes early. Not happy when they cut your time!

This was the best experience i had while on vacation. Better then sea world by far. Was able to see nature at its finest. Captain dale was very knowledgeable about the lake and animals.
