I loved it! Quiet and well kept! I highly recommend this trailer village to everyone!
I have family that lives there and their treated with utmost respect. Very peaceful they have a beautiful pool with a jacuzzi next to the fitness center excellent thank you and have a great day.
Wonderful little community! Friendly staff, friendly neighbors, clean and safe. Everything you could want.
Worse place to live ..owner doesnt care about you, just the money in his pocket
Nice clean 55+ community.
Some highway construction to get into. Over all nice place to live.
Moderate prices but land not owned. Park fees include water, sewer, trash and recreational as tin facilities. Major road construction and expanding lanes.
Ten years ago this was a beautiful, well maintained park. Over the past eight years the infrastructure has crumbled and the management has ruined the community. The pool is falling apart. There are no longer activities for residents. The positive is allowing pets but restrictions on vicious breeds is not enforced. Restrictions on resident felons is enforced on occasion. So, if your a felon with a vicious dog and dont care what your house or yard look like - this is your kind of place! For the elderly folks that live here, stock up on drinking water to stay hydrated because you never know when water is contaminated or when it will be nonexistent. Rent is increasing $50 a year and is threatened by the owner to go up even more. I read the 5 star reviews and wonder if those folks are confused about the location. There is more than one Whispering Pines. This one is bad.
Nice and clean I deliver furniture over there.
Peaceful place
What a nice mobile hinge park. Everybody is so sweet. They all wave weather they now you or not. The mobile homes are all kept up and the landscaping is very nice. Christmas was nice. It was like almost every mobile home was decorated.
First off Management is a known trainwreck. Community is pleasant and very welcoming. The HOA is extremely productive and helpful. However currently holds a resident or two that are aggressive and a high risk to safety. Otherwise its a lovely place to be with lots of social activities.
Very nice 55+ community. Very nice people.
I have family who live in 4 different properties within this community. Its what you would expect for a place in the area. Monthly fees are said by everyone I have met, over inflated for the properties. Ive heavily researched places for my elders to safely retire. I always look for options where they still continue every positive outing as they have always. I look for traffic issues, crime, restaurants, doctors offices, hospitals, paramedic and fire rescue emergency response times, public transportation, sidewalks and of course amenities for a specific dollar. Hundreds of times for thousands of hours I learn these communities and their true to life only a fraction of their advertised claims. More than not, too many times for over 9 years, i found that of the 58 properties me and 3 others researched. This choice fel very short and shouldnt be allowed to advertise in many places you find it. We found equal sized and agreed communities, giving much more for less... While the beach is still in earshot of a few even. This area is not at all one for shopping and you must have transportation. No buses or trains here. So its within a mile of the sunrail station. In a car, I go shopping and return home in an hour. The sunrail does not give such an option for less than several hours, and you still need a ride to the station. City cabs are way to expensive and dont be expecting to dine out without a car or a ride. During certain hours of the day, if your in a vehicle, getting onto the only available highway is so time consuming and dangerous. I learned that the county of Osceola, has this high on a list of problem areas that are more likely have accidents. You would never want to walk on this highway either, its extremely dangerous and hit and runs are common in this part of Florida. Its a place to live and its easy on the eyes is the kindest I got for this so called adult whatever they say it is. If you didnt have anything to compare it with its pretty good honestly I guess. Ignorance is bliss! Knowing the options and area of many others, this falls far down the scale. I have nothing really bad to say about this option. I just find it a place to live for older folks and it has some amenities not many. I guess if your work or family were close its a perfect fit. If your retired and want a community filled with activities and close to places, doctors, services and still easy to get around... This isnt it! Golf carts are useless by the way if you want to go anywhere outside the small area of this tiny community. I do want to add that their are other roads in and out. These are easier to travel on but still lead to the same congestion and the same traffic nightmares on the same roads. Although a Racetrak fuel and convenient store is a quarter mile away. I looked on the map histories of ten residents phones. The fastest trip to simply get fuel or milk or anything was 9 minutes. This was at 4am. During the day, of 136 trips to go a few hundred meters away... 17 minutes was the average. A few acres away and it takes how long? The U-turn you must do as well. This is not for me. Im looking now with Realtors and visiting other options with family members. Hopefully they can all be elsewhere within a few years. Im never comfortable knowing my older loved ones shouldnt chose to drive themselves places. I always hoped they could drive as long as they felt confident to do so. Sadly like many others with family in this over stated trailer park. We have to worry constantly they will be killed pulling out to go anywhere even a few blocks. I dont like that truth and u must know this if youre choosing this place without researching it and visiting. Its simply a place to live in an area that is growing faster than the infrastructure. For half the price even, and Im being honest, I would NEVER advise this community to anyone I truly loved. If your a stranger sure move in to an over glorified trailer park and suffer dangerous misses in horrible angry traffic. You can even pay more than its should be too. Not my loved ones NEVER!
This is my place. Love it!
We moved in last month, so far loving it.. so clean, everyone says hi!, its such a sweet place to call home.
Nice community to live in but very poorly managed. We also get gouged yearly with 5-7% rate increases. We are currently experiencing a water problem and have been without drinking water for 8 Days. The initial water problem was finally resolved but the pumps are old and in need of replacement. The owner only wants us to charge us more money he never wants to spend it.
