If you want to live in a place we’re you really have no say in what goes on in your community and it’s management’s excuse is my boss is the one that made the decision not me then this is the place for you I have no respect in the management I don’t believe in a word these people ever have to say because tbh they just here to do the job not to make our lives easier I would rather live in a box than this place and if you don’t believe me read all the responses these people leave it’s basically out of a hand book they probably have next to the computer

This neighborhood is a special kind of sick. Amazon delivery van almost got towed even though we literally only take less than a minute or two to make a delivery to each home. Tighten up.

Very nasty staff always trying to finess someone. Very rasist, they show favoritism. They are over priced and try to get double rent from people. They find any reason to keep your security deposit. They charge you to use the public pool. They dont work with people during hard times. I guess an epidemic is just a walk in the park. They dont care about there residents.

Mobile home community. Family oriented. Its kept clean and uncluttered. It has a community pool, play ground and community center.

Other than the complex managers are douches the complex is good

This is extremely unnerving to see that the only occasional response to the posts are the issues about the cars being towed. I understand that if there are rules about the cars parked in areas that they should not, that at least you should send occasional reminders to the residents or maybe you should have implement that if a person is visiting a home there, that they can come by the office and get a temporary decal in order to park their. I see notes about people applying to live at the park and there is no response. I see monies that have been paid with no response. I see a person that made an error and instead of placing a courtesy call the to the owner to have the check rectified, they charge the patient a late fee. Lastly, along with the information above, I see that there are so many remarks about the management being rude. I think that the park owner should really investigate the staff that they have. This park is in an ideal area and with the correct management that enforces the rules but at the same time have great customer service would make this a haven to live in. As the say goes You catch more flies with honey than you do with vinegar. Food for thought for those people that need a brush up in customer service skills as well as a nudge towards being a humanitarian. Been in Siesta Lago for 20yrs unfortunately the tow situation is ridiculous they allow the tow company to make up their own rules for towing. So when they cant find a car that obviously parked wrong they grab any & make up reasons why it was towed. The Crime is out of control its too bad I cant move because of financial reasons but please do yourself a favor & dont move here unless you have to.

Response to owner, 1/3/2020, I would be more concerned about the DRUGS and criminal activity being conducted on the grounds than multi-ownership from reputable investor.Went to this park today 10/19/2019 as investor to look a potential investment, as a fix and rehab for possible sell and rent out.Investors are frowned upon, but they blatantly have multiple drug houses, not really a safe environment to up bring a family!

Lived here for a long time. Has its ups downs but the location is great. Management doesnt enforce rules. To many non residents in and out that should not be here. I wouldnt call it family oriented like it used to be few years ago

Dropped a friend off here. Looks like they are trying to clean up this place a lot of new trailers. Still a lot of work to do.

Towing is a huge issue. Me and my roommate were moving our cars around, so we had to park one on the street. In less than a minute, a tow truck was already there towing my car away. I had to pay $75 just for them to leave the car, even though I was right there about to move it back in my driveway. This place is a joke. When its not the tow truck, its something else, like painting the street instead of paving it (theres always potholes that never get fixed). Theres also a lot of stray animals walking around, and Ive seen my fair share of animals that have been run over. Ive lived here a few years and I cant wait to get out. Worst place ever. Oh and after the tow truck gave me my car back, he went 3 houses down to tow a car that was in their own driveway but was slightly sticking out onto the street.

I went to visit my mom at this community and my car got towed. It’s incredible that residents can’t have any visitors now. Don’t buy or rent here because you’ll regret it.

There is a poor communication and customer service issues I would like to speak to the president of the community the manager if this message can get passed on as soon as possible. Looking to relocate to Orlando and I found this place. Im seeing a lot of bad reviews. Can anybody guve me their input? And Ive been trying to get in contact with someone all day and I just keep getting they are out and they took a message will contact me back. And I keep seeing a lot of people talking about being towed. Me and my husband have 2 vehicles will that be an issue?

@@@MY CAR WAS TOWED @@@Horrible experience. When to visit a friend and in less than Two Hours on my way Out My car was Gone. I was so confused there was no note or anything . I called the Police to find out that it was towed . They gave me the phone # to call when I called the guy was very rude I asked if I could go get my car right away and he said no that I had to wait for the next day and he was going to charge me $175 to get my car back I explained that I work and I needed to get my car he didn’t seem to care when I explain I also ask why that happened ? and he said that my car was park in an “illegal parking” (In front of my friends house) and they had the right to take the car. WITH NO INFO AT ALL IT TOOK ME SO MUCH TIME TO FIND OUT WHERE MY CAR WAS BUT I needed to wait for the next day TO GET MY CAR I told the guy that those were the two hours that I had to spend looking for the information of where my car was. because he didn’t have the decency to leave a note with the information. A lot of stealing around here, nothing survives one night lefted outside, and also drug consumers walking around all day . The property management are careless when it comes to crime a burglary problems in the community they only care about rssidsnts vehicles not touching the beaufifull green areas they really enforce that with the towing company but crimes around here are not a concern for them . I do not recomend this place for living.

Car was towed off of the driveway. They said it was on the grass and it was maybe a not even a half an inch on the grass. Also said no company vehicles in the community when I have pictures to prove there are. Nobody tows them. Worst place to live. New management is messing up the community. Rent prices are going up. Its almost 700 dollars for lot rent now. Used to be 540. They turn off the water without giving notice to do maintenance. Woke up one morning with no water. No letters, calls or anything. Not worth living here. They put new homes but instead they can use that money to make the place look better. Not worth your time to look. Go somewhere else. Thieves! I went to visit my aunt and my uncle, and I did not stay more than an hour. I do not know when my car was towed, for a moment I thought it had been stolen. I hope someone is responsible for this and help me pay the $ 149.00 charge, inconceivable!

Went to go visit a close friend of mine and my car got towed. Wasn’t inside for more than 45 min. By far worst experience I have ever had. The next day had to invite them to our hotel where we are staying. Very dissatisfied with our experience in Siesta Lago. Please don’t visit or buy a home. Please beware!!!!

This place dont even deserve one star. My mom lives here and they charged her a $50 late fee charge because the amount wasnt written on the check. We went to the office 2 times after we received a call to have it corrected and nobody was in the office. I kept calling the office and nobody answered. My laptop was even stolen from inside my car. People walking around your yard and the new manager is so racist with us hispanics and their employees.

I applied for a home in March....I was approved for the community but not the loan on the unit....Everyone involved was notified by April 1st ...At that time, I was told I would get the refund for my deposit ($617), within 2-3 weeks...Still nothing...its been 5 weeks...Nobody answers the phone, returns calls or responds to emails . I am so disgusted that A corporate business is so unprofessional . And believe Ive called the corporate office AND the customer service line....This business is fraudulent through and through...This IS NOT ok....This IS THEFT!!!

Terrible place to live. The office apply your payment to another resident, and after you start to get letter in your door that they are going to take you out. In my case, I paid on May 30, they cashed the check on 31. On June 6 I received a letter that I didnt pay my bill. I took my bill with their stamp and signature, plus copy of my account where showed the cashed check on 31. They made copy of the document and the manager said we are going to resolve that, we will call you. On June 27 I received another letter on my door saying that I owed four dollars and fifty cent(4.50) that they are going to take legal action against me. I went there with all my paper. They promise to resolve the problem, and they will call me. It is 3:30 pm I am calling and calling they do not answer. They are working so dirty. it is so disgusting. I am getting ready to sell my mobilehome and leave that place! A nightmare !

Ive lived all over this country literally. This is my second time in Osceola County and of all the overpriced dumps here, Siesta Lago is the worst.I made an appointment to view a place to move my family, as its close to my wifes job.After waiting over 2 hrs, I was accosted by the Sheriffs department and told that management had reported a suspicious person loitering.This is after seeing open drug sales being transacted in a community with kids running around.Maybe it had to do with my skin color.I found it truly sad and hilarious that a future resident was treated like this.Whats worse is I received a trespass violation for trying to rent a place here.

Its one of the better trailer parks in kissmmee.. But well overpriced.. Is within walking distance to major stores which is probably why it is overpriced.
