The entire park is always clean and well lit at night. As a former community manager, I saw many violations, such as illegal parking and illegal home additions/extensions.

Good and decent place for over 55 Community. Gated, yes! Although few times I being there I saw the gate wide open. They told me they close it after 5pm and guests should dial a code for assistance. Overall seems clean and organized, while the administration fee is a little high $500+ they are pet friendly, kids are not allowed. It looks like a really quiet community.

Nothing negative to say about this place. Office ppl are great and Fran is an amazing manager. The community is amazingly beautiful and clean. Im selling for family reasons but if I return to Florida Ill definitely move back to KG.

Such a gorgeous place for older folks to enjoy life within their means. Property manager Frances is great with them, always has activities for them to interact.

Needs some upgrade on roads signs. Street names not so visible and really tight spots to drive. Specially when there is construction around.

My parents have lived here for about 5-6 years now. Such a great community. Getting better every year.

First time there to visit my Mom. The park looks nice but she told me what she pays for lot rent...and it doesnt seem like you get enough for what you pay.

The only issue I have is that some neighbours dont respect privacy. Im not retired.i work nights but some ppl has taken the liberty to come in to my space to walk there pets and talk on the phone, specially in the mornings when Im trying to get some sleep. X3 times in the past 30 days.Other than that I like this community.
