Clean place, and quiet.

A few of the neighbors were nice. I have to say it was a nightmare to live there. The man renting from is a slumlord. If you do rent, go through management. Dont rent privately from anybody in the park.

This place is awful the roads are full of huge potholes that can potentially damage your vehicle are be a safety hazard and the people are nosey you have people constantly trying to be in your business because they have nothing better to do!! Horrible place to live!! Do not recommend to anyone!!

Kiss some ass and you be ok.Theres a watch dog that walks around every single day. She will say what is and whats not and invent what she can.Make sure you have a witness to defend yourself from these kinds of people.Or your screw.

Loved the Office Mangagers...if you had any questions they are willing to help in any way they can. Nice pool n clubhouse & some fantastic neighbors!

Very quiet place

Place is too small to see from traffic intersection. Sign needs to be bigger and a bigger entrance.

If you want to pay high rent that increases every year and get nothing in return---come on in. Too many rules.
