This place is terrible. The property management is never there when they are needed. It takes forever to get things fixed on the property. She is very nasty an rude. She walks around with an attuide. This is the type of person you have as the face of your property. Ive asked numeros times to please fixed my things. I rent there is no need for me to have to wait months that would only take minutes to fix. The so called Maintenance man they have is the same way. They allow others to do something that the rest of us will be told on. They pick an choose on who an how they are with everyone. I rented my trailer why would i have to cut my own lawn. When the maintence man goes an cuts other tentants yards. I dont know what type of company this is or how they run it but I would love to not call my job or not show up and keep doing it and still have a job. Whenever the property manager is there an something happens its oh well they are going to have to deal with it,but if it is with other tentants that she likes or talks to they get better treatment. So would i recommend this place to live. No. Absolutely not.

Quiet neighborhood of trailers that is a fairly decent place to live if you are looking to rent or own one in the area I would recommend here.
