Great park. The water feature area is usually kind of busy with little kids 8 and under. Theres grass but when they mow the grass they dont pick up the clippings, so after you get done playing in the water and walk to your vehicle, your feet and legs are COVERED in cut grass, which in return makes you itchy. Other than that, police patrol the place and its a good place to spend a few hours with the kiddos.

Great place playground being redone looks great we are excited kids flew kites with their Poppa.

My toddler have a blast at the splash pad. Plus there are tables with large shade covers on two ends of the park. There is also the community garden, which is great, with a whole little area for kids that is fenced off from the rest of the garden and a too cute little Doctor Susses house full of stuff for the kids. Such as, book about gardens, flower pot to plant in, some buckets/shovels..tons of really cool stuff to do for kids off all ages. The playground is made for ages 5-12 I believe. So, it is not as fun for kids younger than that. However, there are some baby swings. There is also a full basketball court.QPublic restrooms and drinking fountains are available.

So much fun, the kids dont want to leave! Super clean, with new updated playground equipment. We just moved here and the kids are friendly and happy to play with our small boys. The splash area can be very slippery, be sure your kids are wearing water shoes (as compared to flip flops or bare feet).

Great place in the summer for the kids to go and play in water or play on the playground.

The Accessibility is horrible at this park. There are very few paths to get around the large beds of rock hills, making it more difficult to follow my child from splash pad to playground and takes too long. The playground is not my favorite. It is filled in with wood chips like the other park in town. There is no foam anywhere for a person in a wheelchair to get close to the playground, let alone swing their child at least. I have a prosthetic leg, a bad hip, and use a cane. It is extremely difficult to walk in those wood chips. I am constantly unbalanced. There becomes a pit under the swings from feet pushing the wood out and I cannot swing my child because I cant get in the pit. So the park gets a D inn Accessibility.The new playground is eh. The slash pad is nice. Shade over the benches surrounding it would be nice. The parking lot appears to be a little small when its busy and all full.All in all, this park is only good for the splash pad. It is next to a community garden you can visit I think. And it has plenty of open grass areas.

The splash pad is perfect. A lot of kids and families there. Everyone was polite and having fun. The park is awesome with new fun additions.

Well do not go visit this park based on the photos, you will be disappointed. The splash pad and water were not working. The playground was nothing spectacular.

Nice little park, not much for play areas but does have a covered play area and a small splash and play wet pad area that is free to play

Great place to bring the whole family. Playground equipment and splash pad are best suited for children under the age of 8. Lots of shaded areas and pavillions. Playground equipment now has a shade cover over it.

Very nice clean Park, even has water things for the kids

The only thing I could say I didnt like is the fact that the city didnt think to put some kind of foam or soft/ flexible plastic type material over the concrete for the kids. Other than that, its great. They have shaded benches along the fence for you to sit and watch your kids. None of the water splashes that far and the squirt guns only work when facing the right way toward the middle. The restroom is right next to the water park for convenience as well as a shaded play area with sand on the other side of the water area. its clean, green, plenty of shaded seats for all.

My first time! Attended a childs birthday party there today... Great place to host an event and relax outdoors. The splash pad itself is very nice. A good idea for a park here in the hot desert climate. Makes it so much more enjoyable, even for grown-up kids,when you can go and wet your feet a bit if youre feeling a bit warm! I loved the Route 66 themed water feature. Really cool ( no pun intended).

My kids LOVE this place! The ground gets a little slick when wet and kids can easily slip if theyre running around. The water is cold and refreshing. The splash pad closes at 6, but the playground is always available. There are 2 pagodas you can reserve for parties, and theyve recently installed a shade over the playground.

Great park, beautiful view of the sunsets over the mountain. Park has restrooms, play area for kids, basketball court, and shaded areas with tables. There is a mini water park for kids that is a nice place for kids to cool off in the Summer months!

Large open field with grass, several ramada, restrooms, a playground, basketball court and a water play place. This is one of the better parks in kingman and its very quiet 90% of the time.

This park was wonderful very clean and did I forget to mention free! My son had so much fun I’m thankful that the community had something like this to offer us. I will definitely be soaking up the sun with my little guy all summer at this lovely park.

Kids loved the splash pad there and the basketball courts. Nice big grassy area for playing and a playground. Has 2 covered table areas great for parties.

First time going to splash pad, its a very nice addition to the park. The bathrooms were clean, the park was clean and everything related to the splash pad was clean and in working order. The kids had fun and all was right with the world.

They need to make speed bumps around the park. There are children playing and running around all the time. And people just speed right thru there. Other then that amazing park. They have community garden which is fun. Always have family things going on. Such as the pumpkin patch and others fun things.

The grassy area is nice and the bathrooms are clean, however the playground was small and there were only swings for babies. In addition to that dogs were not permitted.

Loved the water park make sure you go when it is really hot because the water is quite chilly. But very refreshing on hot days.

We took our great nephew, who is 18 months old. It has a lot of grass area; it has a small playground with swings and things to play on; with a small water park with sprays out of the ground, water cannons, water buckets, and water tubes to spray children who run through them. There were other children with parents there, but not too many. When we were there, city park crew were working on the grounds. Unfortunately, our nephew was too young to enjoy it this time. We shall return when he is able to enjoy it more. There is also a little cafe across the street, if you want a treat.

The water park is great for youth and the grass field is a nice contrast to the desert. Cecil Davis is a great neighborhood park.

My kids loved it and I was pretty amazed by it also the only real thing I can complain about is the fact that even though there is signs saying you shouldnt there were older kids riding bikes and skate boreds threw the middle almost running my little ones over they should add gates to the openings just like around a pool to stop this not only is it dangerous for my kids if they were to get hit but its also dangerous for thouse trying to ride threw as there is a huge slip Hazzard or a hazard of running into the many little obsticals that make up the water toys here

Great park with a water park and a play set for the kids. Large grass feild to play ball catch frisbee of anything that takes space. Even has a basketball court and bathrooms. Plus three poké stops are located right here!

We stopped here to break up a long drive from Williams to LA. Shaded picnic area, small playground, restrooms and the splash pad. Kids aged 8,10 and 12 loved the splash fun. And all free and just a few minutes off the freeway.

We were there at 4:00pm and the water was still on. The park is clean and in great repair. A lot of seating and green grass in abundance.
