Had been in there many times to a dear friends residence, the manager was a stalker, threatened people to get them out of thier trailer so he can take it over do illegal remodels with not certified electritions or plumbers. Leaves titles in original owners names so they get stiffed for property tax. Do you like putting disabled women out on the street with threats and fear of bodily harm. I wouldnt live there until this man is locked up as a sexual predator. God bless and God speed to all the residents

My previous review somehow was deleted. This place is full of feral cats that are a danger to our own cats and full of flees. The ice cream man did not want to give me a free ice cream.

I come here a lot and I never complain. I love it here

This is where home used to be neighbors are friendly. Manager cracks a few jokes at times never tried the pool but seem like fun if it wasnt for so many kids there. Had a lot of good times and alot of bad times met aLot of cool ass people but sadly due to unrelated issues I have to say goodbye to this place Ill miss it here. The popusa lady is awesome fyi.

Poor management and full of drug addicts....and nobody does anything to clear this environment for the people living here.
