Nice quite place, feeling of camping, a must place to come and stay awhile and enjoy it...

We drove through the park and were dissapointed at every turn. Dilapidated Mobile Homes scattered throughout the park along with various older RVs did not help its image. There are Broken concrete slabs, overgrown lawns throughout the park. The buildings housing showers and laundry facilities are very run down. The atmosphere felt unsafe. We would be afraid to stay there.

I showed up. And no one was there. And no call back.

The management has failed to address my concerns over safety and sanitation. She was quick to take my deposit and fees, and after 3 weeks the sewer connection has not been fixed so that it meets code. The concrete slab is badly cracked and heaved up from tree roots. Several times I have tripped over the uneven concrete. I have asked to move to a different space but I was told that there are none available. I look around and see at least a half dozen unoccupied spaces. The grass was mowed today in every other space, but not mine. When I moved in, I tried to connect the cable TV service. The technicians came out twice and determined that the infrastructure is so old that the signal was not strong enough. They were able to make it work after a couple of hours.And to top it all off, within a week of moving in, I received notice that the rates are increasing by $75 per month, a 9% increase.Definitely looking for somewhere else to move where the place is maintained and the management is a lot more pleasant to deal with.

Great place to stay. Parked my RV there for 5 months... price fairly reasonable, place is quiet, residents are respectful and keep to themselves.

This place is dirty, Lack of yard maintenance. They raise the rents 20% and they said its for lawn maintenance B.S. . If youre planning on camping here FORGET it The truck stop next door AND The Trucking yard that surrounds the park that is huge will keep you awake all night. Very dirty Unsanitized bathrooms and Laundry facility is bad . & The smell of their VERY POOR sewage system is disgusting ! You can tell by the broken down sign they have in their entrance of their driveway .this place is NOT GOOD !!!! For for a few $ more go 1/2 mile down the road to the KOA camp grounds .

If we can give a zero, we would. Shocked to even see a 2.9%. A friend stayed there and a family member of hers. They never invited anyone over cause they were so embarassed. With that said, they moved out quickly. Im not judgemental so I went there once and what a rat city white trailer trash of a place this is! Unbelievable! Most residents keep their sites pretty clean. Its the lack of maintenance/upkeep from management. Management changes quite often we hear so not sure whats going on there but thats a HUGE RED FLAG. Grounds are filthy, holey & trash everywhere. Owners & Mgrs should be ashamed and embarassed. Infact, outer fences are outlined w/rat poison boxes. Dumpster areas are never kept up. W/b nice with a fence border for a nicer dumpster area look.Theft for many years at row of mailboxes. Owner & Mgr need to clean, spruce, overlay asphalt on driveways, fix sewer back up overflow, invest in locked mailboxes for residents due to ongoing theft and/invest in camera to catch the crook(s). $750 and up is way too high for this dump. A whole lot of TLC is much needed. They have done absolutely zero upkeep/investments/maintenance, etc.

I would give a zero if I could! They dont expect any trailer older then 95 and lady on the phone was rude as hell
