Pantera Lago Estates

Pantera is a 55 plus community. The park and homes are kept up really nice. There is a big club house wih a pool and hot tub although right now those facilities are closed. There is a lot rent that goes toward your space and maitenance of facilities.

Very well maintained. We held a memorial service at the clubhouse and the facilities were very nice.

Just drove through to pick up an estate sale item. This was a really impressive place. Can I live here? Its so cute!!!

Visited the clubhouse. Theres an outdoor swimming pool. The clubhouse has a kitchen, fireplace, a stage with piano and a big screen tv. The houses and landscaping are all meticulously kept. If I was 55+ Id consider living here.

Its a quiet area, perfect for my mom a shes able to relax!

Excellent place to stay...very clean

Just made a delivery of house hold goods there, but its well above par for a mobile home park. The grounds are well cared for, the access to shopping is great, and the staff is friendly. Mark, in the office was a real asset in having an area where my semi could stage while we did the shuttle. Thanks Mark.

A bit pricey and they go way to far in telling you what you can and cannot do with your exterior, yard, carport and pool use. They also have you pay for the pressure washing of the sidewalk in front of your unit. Excuse me, but shouldnt that be part of the parks responsibility? They have nickel and dimed the 55 and over tenants. On the positive side, it seems clean and is well located.

Beautiful mobile homes and lots of friendly neighbors. Has a dog park and a pool! Good movies at the club house and nice views of the lake too.

Its a nice big area with a full kitchen and a walk around center island and the foyer is big enough for couple hundred people .good for family gathering reunions birthday partys
