They r serious about the 10MPH-Manager has nothing better to do than to harass us for going 11MPH

I lived in this trailer park for twenty-one years and its been a stressful environment for me. I have noticed racism bad talking and all sorts of things amongst neighbors and manager and or mike the person that helps the manager to maintain the park, but I also dont enjoy of the way the managers belittles the residents within the home just cause I dont have my name on the title doesnt mean you can cut us off. I would also love to be heard I am not a child. I can say my own opinions to what I think is wrong or right and like some who have commented on here that have agreed with few common things knows exactly what I mean. I will give this place a 2 out of 5.

Terrible manager. Very racist as well. This neighborhood is not recommended at all whatsoever. If you have a family this place isn’t for you as the rules for parking are you can only have the amount of cars that fit under a carport. That’s only 2 cars. When your kids need to get cars for college or whatever it is, you will have to move out any way so your kids can have a car. Manager threats residents that she will kick them out regularly. She’s clearly bored and has nothing better to do. Don’t move here.

They need to learn better manners when it comes to disabled people.

The grounds look good during the summer, but how this place is operated is worse than standing at Costco on holiday weekend late morning the day of new samples (no thanks).

Management aggressive with threats but never follows through. Creating a toxic environment where people break rules out of course.

My friends live here. Seems to be clean and quite
