Great park, well kept and reasonable for the area.

Its a good place to live. Mostly nice people . Clean and quiet.

Grounds are maintained fairly well. A security gate would be great and make it more desirable.

Nice 55+ mobile home park. Its quiet and well kept. The have a nice sized clubhouse with a full kitchen and in the summer there is a pool for residents.

Nice little quint neighborhood for 55+. Very clean as well.

Serene estate with close proximity to the Seattle airport (about 20 minutes from the airport)

Visited some people here, nice and well kept little neighborhood. Also, I thought it was pretty secure too as there is only one or 2 entrances from Benson. Looks like a nice place to live!

A little cozy place.....The manufacture homes are kind of older; but the park is kept clean, and somewhat organized.

Park owner is very malicious likes to harass tenants and family members and other tenants will harass you as well. Ive never met such an unprofessional park owner in my life i was walking to my parents home and park owner yells from two blocks away harrasing me telling me I cant see my parents and said i lived their even though I have physical proof of my residency in Renton not Kent. I hope one day this park owner understands her unprofessionalism and correct it because I was very hurt by what she said and threatened to kick my parents from the park
