Received a violation letter to please trim boards on steps and deck was given 2 days to fix or termination of occupancy. Went to the office for a better understanding of the issue and the property manager Ms Dayna was extremely rude. Refused to allow me in the office, Refused to show me written proof of specific rule that was violated and slammed office door in my face in mid conversation. When returning outside I ask to show the same respect that I have shown throughout the whole conversation to only get a smerk in return. Im in my mid 20s and on my way to the military and fully understand respect. Ms Dayna clearly has shown non in return in the 1.5 years Ive been here. Will be updating this review if its shown any repercussions.

Went to the swimming pool and the manager was a really rude with my son. She has no manners when it comes to talking with kids. She could have approached me instead. I was in shock so i didnt say anything to her, but i will next time. Yes my son did jump into the pool 2 times and i did tell him not to jump in but my son is a little special so sometimes its hard for him to process things like other kids. This really upset my kid.

I was just there to pick up someone. It was okay maybe better than some but main road by it was 390 so lots of traffic noise!!

When you want to move in, your bank has to write and sign a letter that if you fall behind on you rent they are responsible. Fat chance that will happen.

Theres old water pipes that are constantly bursting you have to keep a stockpile of water when the pipes burst tennis court is wore out hot tub non existing pool closed on Sunday very nice managers I give them major credit for putting up with the owners who live in California also you cant park in the street no playground for kids and no playing in the street if you dont mind all the things I mentioned above Im sure you would like it here but like I said very nice managers very professional when the water does go out they do their best to get it right back on

Ok Mobil home park other then that the kids need a play area besides their own yard the swimming pool is hardly open the tennis court is never open needs repaired jobs needs somebody to take care of the property. Other than that its an okay place people Snoop want to know whos who
