Lots of dumb people live here

I have lived here for awhile, manager super cool. Rent is reasonable for a 3 bedroom with a small yard. We do have a schedule for watering lawn but if people read the news it is because they are calling for a drought. I water on my days and my lawn looks good. If you are respectful the manager is cool. We live here because she actually enforces the rules and cares. My guess is people who write bad reviews got in trouble for something.

I live here and the price is to high for the service that they give you. It takes for ever to get something done with the manager. My stove had problems all the time and it took 2 months of asking and calling till she did something about it. Later we had to buy a new one. And if you want to water and have a nice green yard there is a schedule for that. Also adding that the pump is always braking which means days without water, and its so iritating.

I love living here the manger is nice and easy to get along with as long as your honest with her and keep your word.

Its okay I guess way overpriced
