Not a typical retirement community.people tend to keep to themselves lived here 6 years and know 2 peoples names. My fault as well due to husbands health we arent very social. Rent went up 50. A month last year. We were asked 2 years ago to remove my husbands VA ramp as it was an eyesore. He broke his back in 6 places ! We just had to pay 400 to have it put back up due to his declining health. When we first moved here our then managers would walk the park and make sure everyone was doing good. Doesnt happen anymore. Manager didnt even ask when ambulance came twice to our home. Its clean, safe, and due to health Dr ordered a companion dog which by law has to be approved, we keep him inside with doggy pads.. Inside cats are approved. Its close to everything but the rent keeps climbing and the yard care expenses have gone up very high. Most of us are not able to do our lawn care. Independent living maybe as cheap considering all the costs.

Rent is way to high. $600 month. And they raise it every year. Not good.

My dad lives here. By far the nicest 55 and over community I have ever see. Real spacious lots, wide streets, and, extremely quiet.

This is an awesome over 55 manufactured home retirement park. Have visited friends here many, many times over the last 38 years. The quality has always been 5 star. Family owned for over 40 years. Clean, well maintained and homes are modern. Conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, transportation etc.

5☆ good

Good small homes for seniors in a clean environment. Very little green. Feels like temperature goes up a few degrees from all the cement and rock. Not very homey or welcoming to visitors, little parking in front of spaces. I think they go for low maintenance, here.

Visited for a grad party at the grandma of the grad. So clean and I would feel very safe living there.

Nice mobile home park. Well kept grounds. Near everything, ie shopping, church, hospital, school etc.

Its a nice, well kept place but its only 55+ and up and they dont allow dogs.

Did a remodel job here. Nice place
