Home and yards very nice with room to move but the streets are not labeled and hard to find specific places

UPDATE 8/2017: Just learned the mgr will go onto your property without ANY prior written notification. That means, your back yard and inside the garage also, if you do not have your own private padlock on the doors or gates. That means, if you are not home, she will wander around your property, and if you have any windows with blinds or curtains open, you can bet she will be peering inside, since she clearly has no respect for personal privacy or landlord/tenant law. End update.Overly rigid minor rule infraction enforcement; far TOO EXPENSIVE considering the lack of amenities, services, privacy, and freedom to live peaceably and undisturbed in your own (not rented) mobile home; condition of roads is bad, with NO parking available for overflow or guests vehicles (by the way, mgr wants to know names and personal information on any visitors you may have at your home, including their birthdates, if you can believe that!), and parking is not allowed on the street in front of your home, even for short visits (the streets ARE wide enough to accommodate it). There is no parking available for guests unless you are a one-car family. Manager prowls park constantly day and night, making residents feel like they are being spied on, stalked and harassed. If she sees the hood up on your car, inside your garage, no matter if you are simply checking fluid levels, not making repairs, she will ticket you for unauthorized vehicle repairs conducted on property! Very unfriendly place to live, because of mgmt... The people living there are friendly, helpful, and nice and mostly struggling just to make ends meet; they dont deserve to be treated like they are living in an ultra privileged, restricted HOA! It is a MOBILE HOME park, not a secluded, gated community for the wealthy. You are better off putting your mobile in a different park, or on your own land, if you want peace and privacy. Mgmt currently being sued over violations of landlord/tenant law, discrimination, and harassment.

Ive lived in that neighborhood for 20 years sometimes its sketchy sometimes its nice I prefer it to be on the nicer side

I was across the street from here so I dont know about Santiago Sunset Estates.

Nice houses good looking yards but the manager of the place is very controlling and Very bad hospitality, the manager messed up our car window with a permanent sticker indicating to not park, we were guests and we did not know we couldnt park outside the house in the road

They charge you for there property maintenance pluss space rent, so my experience of the fact u pay space rent of near 500 a month pluss maintaing there property is to me very inappropriate considering what kind of revenue the corporate business brings in on space rent alone, I mean all property maintenance even three trimming ext. Pluss people drive through there at an unsafe speed iv seen people do 30 mph In there so if u have small children be cautious. The landloard is taking the job right to her head and is very controlling and does not bend to any rules and is not capable of being caring or compassionate to ones situation at all. So good luck staying here at your own risk. Pluss last but not least the pool gate is fixed were small children can reach through and get in and I told the current landlord and she told me to fix it so they dont take responsibility for there own maintenance and pawn it off on tenants to take it on themselves . They didnt care about how ones child could be at risk of drowning, so at all cost they wont loose money even if it cost personal health risk as long as they make money thats all that matters.

I went to visit my sister on a Sunday I ended up spending the night and when I went outside my truck was gone I had no idea I couldnt park on the street I always see cars parked on the street so I figure it was OK for me to park there I wasnt aware of the parking rules there... she had my truck towed without a notice My truck wasnt even blocking anything and there was a lot of snow where I parked it I had to pay $250 to get it out. I felt really upset as you can imagine I dont even know this manager I know her name is Bonnie Gomez but I do know shes Real you know what!!! I hope the same thing happens to you Bonnie gomez... what you did was not nice at all!!! A simple notice wouldve been great I wouldve move my truck somewhere else. Good luck to you people living there I hope this doesnt happen to you. I wonder how can I talk to the owners to see if they can help me with this issue thanks...

Great place to live, quite, family and pet friendly. Pool, recreation room, wonderful management.

Would be a lot easier to find an address here if there were street signs as referred to on GPS.

Manager is a b****..My family/fri cant even come to visit me because their vehicles will be towed, Im tired of this Bs, ive gravel NXT to my parking space and still nobody can park there without​ getting in trouble, Im considering selling my house and move away​, theres no freedom here.

They have a pool for tenants. But its got a lot of unacceptable neighbors especially if one has younger children.

Not enough parking bad handicap parking and if you are using a community room they put the couch in front of the only handicap wheelchair accessible door and keep it locked
