Im taking the census. Looking for people that didnt answer online. I was told by the manager Brecke Crawford that her corporate office sent her a memo not to give any cooperation such as occupancy to the census bureau. This population count is very important to our area so we can improve the quality of living for all citizens of Benton County.

This has been a great place to live the last 10 years. The pool is always clean, the park streets are clean and cars dont park there. The playground was new a couple years ago, and still looks great. THe management and maintanence do a good job here. there always busy.

Lived here with my dad for a little over a year now, and I thought I would leave a reveiw. Despite other reviews, it seems to be a good place to live over all. The neighbors are generally friendly and we havent had any police activity here for as long as I have lived here. Due to covid-19, people have been staying indoors more and it is a little difficult to maintain the house in a timely manor, but it gets done eventually. Management is up for debate as I have little to no experience with them, but all of the lots are in really good condition, the pool is normally in good condition when its open during the late spring and summer, and the playground is fairly large for a trailer park.Over all, its a good place to live, and I have no major things to say bad about it. Im even thinking about buying a house here myself soon.

They put a sticker on my car window thats still hasnt come off because I was doing yard work for somebody and I was parked outside of a parking space. If you look there youd see how I thought I could park where I did. Plus there was no parking signs.

Lived there for maybe a better part of my life, gone through aloe of changes within management. They’re really bettering the place up

The park seemed well kept, quiet, calm. Overall, the short amount of time I was their, it was a pleasant experience and I had no complaints!

Its a very nice and quiet community.

Management is awful. Its a decent place. Winter days no very well kept. There is a pool, tennis courts, and a mini park with playground. A place to park RVs. A quiet and safe community.

So ive lived here for a little over 2 yrs and i cant wait to leave. If u can, walk away. Management is always changing. The lady we had forever was super nosy and very rude. She was unprochable. Any thing u talked to her was always her way. I like the new lady better but she is a bit bossy too. Right after thesnow melts, day 1, i tried to clean the mess the snow left outside (disaster) and in the middle of the daddy (while i was still cleaning) i was served a 1 week notice they will inspect the lot. I talked to them at the office saying it want enough time but they didnt care. We were pretty happy with how much 2 of us with 3 toddlers and counting got done but we still got a ridiculous notice saying we didnt clean the lot enough and we have to paint the trim on our house (the tell use each 6 mnths to repaint) and our pourch. The pool has been very dirty every time we go to swim, the neighbors are very unfriendly and very judgmental leading to false accusations and false police reports, the play ground has chips of old and rusted tire pieces instead of any kind of bark, the streets are over ran by theneighbors cats (pet cats musty be inside pets only) and it says no dog walking at the mail boxes but u see people walking their dogs all the time and in the summer there is a stray dog that goes around barking at ppl as they try to leave their home not letting u talk one step out if the home and management doesnt help. They say they follow the dog until they gettired cuz it doesnt go home. There is a dog list of unacceptable dog breeds but you have ppl all around the lot with 3 pitbulls but we cant have any. This place is a joke and im excited to leave the second we get a chance. They prefer old people and any one under 50 gets thrown under the buss. I cant go 5 over the speed limit turning around and i have an old man running out in the street yelling at me. Sorry u move like a turtle but not all of us are in retirement. I hate this place and all the people in it. Everyone is mainly rude, old or on drugs

Management has been in a bad place for awhile but things seem to he turning around.
