While the pool is closed, the Tennis court is still accessible with a gate key. The park grounds are usually well maintained as far as trash goes but if something is broken, it usually takes a while for it to be fixed.

The neighbors are very friendly! In the summer, theres movie nights & snacks. Theres just so much to do!

Great place to visit. Lots to see and do in Katy. I always enjoy my visits there, and always excited to get back home. If your looking for a nice community friendly place, Braintree Village is the village with no village idiot .

Site was closed when I was there, but it was THE meeting place for Harvey Relief services. Local church -True Fellowship, cooked meals for nearby disaster victims and you could stop and get food or cleaning supplies at this location. It was my favorite place the 2 weekends I was there.

One of the oldest HOAs in the area. Is well conserved. Medium size pool, tennis courts, kids area.

Residents are so rude, I had to move. People racing and fighting on Raintree Village Dr blew my mind. I mean really people were trying to raise our kids here. Tons of coyotes too.
