It was quiet, clean and the host forgot his name was informative and friendly. My son really had a wonderful time and he burned some built up energy in a hr. We will definitely come back

Kids age 7, 6, 4, 3 and 2 all enjoyed the indoor playground. We went on a rainy day about 10:30 and it was kind of busy but the kids didnt mind. The employees seemed a little confused about our groupon but we got in and they immediately started playing with the ball guns. We stayed about an hour and half and will return.

Such a clean place, they are always sanitizing. They have so many different play options for all ages. The owners are always around and bring their little one to play as well. I definitely recommend Hooray!

They just opened back up after being closed due to covid. We had an amazing time! Kids had a blast! They kept up with the necessary covid 19 guidelines! Please go and take your kids! You have to schedule an appointment and pay online! Cant wait to go back!!

This place was great for my 3 year old niece to play! She had so much fun and I enjoyed playing with her too! Hooray is affordable, super clean, the bathrooms are really nice and theres no way your kids can get hurt. I believe the colors are beautiful and peaceful. I had a conversation with the owners and theyre really nice and family oriented. This is a family owned business and Im so glad we finally have a place like this in Katy!!!! Im a great supporter for anyone who wants to make Katy a better place for our little ones. You should definitely consider this place to visit and for your next kids party!

My kids and I have fun here. Great place to let some energy out. I’m not crazy about the staff or food/drinks here, but the playground is fun. I always join the kids and it’s a blast.

Great place to play for the kids. They really enjoyed it. I give the three stars because they stamped us on the way in for safety. I went to walk out with my kids after they were done and no one checked my stamp. The staff were all in the back and one lady watched me leave but never verified my stamp. You should always watch your kids but if you have a safety procedure in place, you should follow it.

Love this place, this is the first indoor playground I ever used for my son. He has been coming here since 7 months old and is now 22 months. My son has alot of energy and gets bored easily, this place definitely keeps him busy and has shown him to socialize with kids and people .

When I tell you I had a BLAST.Omg, I really did have an AMAZING TIME HERE. My kids LOVED IT! and so did my husband.The shooting (ball) gun was my FAVORITE! MY SONS FAVORITE TOO. I usually dont share pictures of my kids, but for this place. I will.

We brought our two daughters aged 1 and 3 here while on our trip to Texas. Both girls had a blast. The place was bright, clean and very well maintained. All the swings and play stations were functional. Highly recommended.

I recently went to this place for my great grandchild birthday party. The party room was too small. One of our tables that was set up not anyone was able to get to it because the room was just too small perhaps, this place should have a limit of guests per room to make it more comfortable while the celebration time in the room maybe more comfortable. The worker was awesome! The kids all had a great time playing in the play area. It was my first time going to this place. It is an AWESOME idea. Just need more room

Amazing indoor kids playground! They have air guns to shoot soft spongy balls, two big slides, and a jungle gym. Their staff are pleasant and accommodative. The 5 and 10 visit passes are a great value. We hope theyll upgrade some of the toys/ games here over the years so we can keep coming back.

Kids had a great time and when I needed to nurse my baby, they opened up a party room for me so I could quietly and privately nurse in there. So nice of them! Great place.

We were originally looking for an indoor play area where we live in Cypress and came across Hooray on Google. We decided to make the 15min drive through 99 and it was well worth it! Great indoor park with plenty of room to run around and have a blast at! We have a 1 and 3 yr old and they loved it! The size of this place was perfect! I don’t know why anyone else would say it’s small? You can keep a close eye on the kiddos while enjoying a cold drink or snack at the snack bar! Prices were extremely affordable and the Staff were extremely polite as well! We will definitely be coming back here! 5 Stars!

Nice place if there isnt any parties, otherwise its a bit crowded. The air cannons and slide areas are really fun for kiddos, and it has a well stocked snack bar.

We recently had our sons birthday at Hooray Indoor Playground. The only reason why I do not give it a 5 star is because of three reason, too small, too pricey for the room I received, and I felt the party was rushed. The staff is very friendly and the playground is a great size. I am 50 tall and I was able to go inside the playground and play with my kids, and go down the slide. It just made his birthday a lot more fun.The birthday package I received was for 15 kids and 30 adults, as you can imagine that means about 45 people. The room I was given was for about 20 people. I did not like the fact that The tables set up for the party were all close together that the kids could not even go through, the kids ages were from 1-5 year olds. The price I paid for such a small room, that my guest didn’t fit. Lastly, I booked the party from 2pm-4pm. The package I chose provides tablecloths, plates, balloons, and gift bags. I and my sister arrived at 1pm to set up the themed decorations, that I had bought additionally since I would have had to pay a lot more for a themed party. I was able to finish on time. The party started at 2, the pizza was there by 2:40pm, the kids and parents ate, then cake, we broke the piñata, and I had to pick up by 3:30 because if not I would get charged another hour. So in reality the party was from 2pm-3pm. I just felt it was too rushed. The good part was that the kids were able to continue to play even though I had already cleaned up the room for the birthday party.

This playground was great! My new favorite spot to go with my little boy. We spent 3 hours here. I even had fun.

Minus 2 stars for cleanliness. When they first opened they kept the place spotless. Now not so much. The seating area is not constantly kept clean, the bathroom needs works. So Im guessing their also slacking on cleaning the kids play area. Concept is great. Lots of fun for kids but they need to do better keeping the place clean.

Small but perfect for a lazy Sunday for mom and dad. Its not a place for big birthday parties. The toddler area has a hard wooden playground so bumps are gonna happen. The entry/ exit is just a wooden gate so Id keep an eye on little one but like I said its small so everyone is always in sight.

Having an indoor playground close to your home when you have a newborn and a tot is definitely a lifesaver (even more if you consider Houston weather). The place is really clean and if you avoid weekends its not crowded something I love as a mom of small kids.They also have a small cafeteria from where you can watch your kids while drinking a coffee or a soda.Another plus are their birthday packages they are not as pricey as other places and the decorations are amazing.Oh, they also have some GroupOn offers.We love Hooray!

Honestly, there were a lot of small things, but I decided to give it one more shot. We just left from there about an hour ago and my ears are still hurting. The noise is one of the main reasons why I will not come back. The place is already small and there are four extremely loud ball shooting guns plus a ball dropper that makes the loudest noise imaginable. My daughter spent almost the entire time with her hands over her ears saying it’s too loud. I tried to convince her the noise was ok, but to be honest it was extremely loud for me as well. I’ve been to several indoor playgrounds and this one is by far the loudest. It almost seems like it makes the kids even more hyper, which makes it difficult since, again, it’s a small space. I definitely will not be coming back. Which is a shame because it’s right around the corner from my house. But I’d rather drive 15 or 20 minutes further away and go to a larger, quieter, more activity packed indoor playground then to come back here

Had a private event for a first birthday and the kids had a blast. It’s a beautiful facility and they do a phenomenal job with the decor.My only criticism is that there’s no space for adults to sit during while eating and so they were crowding around the food and getting in each other’s way. The third room which was closed for a future party should have been available for the adults to sit. And the future party set up maybe could have been done after/before business hours. Staff are very helpful but need some more training on how to handle the crowd.

Honestly, this was a spur of the moment find that Id never heard of before since the kiddos had major cabin fever and I was definitely pleased it was the PERFECT set up for my one and two year old and it was so contained in a non prison kind of way. BEST part its in doors WITH AC!! Will definitely be purchasing the unlimited pass next time.

I had my son’s 3rd birthday party here recently. I got the package where they do all the decorating for you based on a theme you pick and they did such an amazing job. It looked so cute and was way better than anything I could have done myself. The kids had so much fun running around playing. It couldn’t have been more perfect for my son’s age. They cleaned everything up and loaded up all the gifts and transferred them to our car. It was so stress free and so much fun! Highly recommend this place for a fun play date, a rainy day or a birthday party.

1st time here. Its rather compact space inside but the kids had a good time. They overly enjoyed the the long slide &ball blaster.

Its funny, we checked some reviews and people said the place was great and that it was big. It was actually pretty expensive for being really pretty small. Some of the stuff was broken and we ended up leaving pretty disappointed. Our Son is 2 and he was bored within 20 minutes.

*covid update* You are supposed to buy tickets online and it supposedly shows you how many kids already have tickets as well. We came at a time when no one else had signed up but there were 3 kids and an adult not wearing a mask properly. We want to support this business, but also be safe.Have been taking my daughter here since she could crawl. Its so perfect and close just to get out of the house. Only problem sometimes is the age gap of kids they let in. The big kids run over the smaller ones and not all parents watch them.

Celebrated our daughters birthday at Hooray yesterday. I’m so glad that something like this opened in our vicinity. I’m a frequent visitor to the restaurant next door and always saw hooray was packed so the wife and I decided to give them a try for our daughters birthday and man was it a good decision! These guys took our booking for the party and we didn’t have to worry about anything from that point onwards. Everything from the arrival of the guests to the decor was meticulously planned by the owners themselves. They made sure everyone was comfortable and the kids had an amazing time. I saw parents from our party ask about pricing for their next events. Hooray thank you very much you guys are doing an amazing job!

Great and safe place for toddlers to play, there are lot of activities to keep them busy, Interactive floor video game is really good. The place is very well maintained, staff is very polite and courteous. I take my 20 month old every weekend and he likes it very much. Over the weekend sometimes it gets too busy when they have a party going on. Also, it is better check before you get there as they might be closed for public, when they have a private party.

My kids love this place! Its great for my 2 and 5 year old. The only concern I have is the ball shooter, I would suggest that its adjusted to stay in one position, preferably upward, so that no one gets hit in the head. Other than that its a pretty cool place and even though you cant bring your own snacks, their snacks are pretty affordable.

This place is great for kids. I have 3 kids age 2, 5 and 8 and it was fun for all 3. Parents are encouraged to play with their kids so I did... it was very fun! Love to spend time with my kids. I strongly recommend this place.

The party rooms are really small and if you have a few guests it will feel hot and cramped very fast. Activities for kids are good. Even our little toddler had fun. Staff tried their best to help and accommodate.

Fun and engaging place for the kids. I honestly wasnt happy when i first walked in. However, it turned out to be plenty for the kids to play for hours. There was a small but nice size group of kids and they played well together. My kids are 2 and 10.

I love taking my son to Hooray! He’s almost 2, and he absolutely loves it. I love how safe it is. They stamp you and your child’s hand when you go in, and check the stamp to make sure they match when you leave. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating. If I have any complaint at all it is that it’s usually pretty warm inside the building, but overall we will be coming to this place as long as my son wants to play!

Took my little boy here (2 years old) a few weeks ago and he had quite a blast! It was clean, quiet (at first), and the staff were so nice and understanding. I love their security measures and I hope everyone continues to be safe and have a great time.

Save for kids of all ages and the best automated toys

Love this place!! Theres a space for smaller kids and toddlers that is separate from the main area for the bigger kids. On the main floor of the large area there are 4 air guns that shot the foam balls - be careful not to walk directly in front of those. The large play ground is adult sized and can easily fit 2 adults side by side through most of the spaces, so you can follow your toddler around if they are unsteady, or if youre a big kid at heart and want to play with your kids.

We first visited Hooray several weeks and fell in love with it. It has so much to offer, and the kids have a blast, so we have been back many times since. We also decided to have part of my sons 3rd birthday party there and it was amazing. The kids loved everything there was to do, and the parents appreciated the cleanliness of it all and all the precautions that have been taken to keep the kids safe while they are playing. The owner and staff went out of their way to help us and ensure all of our guests were enjoying their experience and always had what they needed. The owner even took time to speak with me directly about our experience and it was very clear that he truly cares about everyones joy and experience while there. Bottom line, we love Hooray and our kids absolutely love it, so we will continue to go as much as our busy schedule allows. Thanks again Hooray!Chris

The indoor playground was nice and clean. The playground is geared for younger kids and my 4 year old definitely had a blast.

We walked in Saturday afternoon and the entire building smelled of drugs. No one welcomed us in and there was no one in site at the front desk. I finally flagged someone down and she said they were closed after I called earlier that afternoon when a “new employee” must of told me the incorrect time. We drove a good while to find this place and it ended up smelling like drugs and no employees at the front! I will be reporting this to the BBB as well how unprofessional. Not what I expected at all how disappointing.

It’s a smaller place in person although the kids wouldn’t complain much about the size. They had a good time. Management seemed to be working on cleaning this place the whole time but I didn’t find the restroom extremely clean. Also a little concerned about the kids’ drinks sold at the little cafe with sippy straws that had no tip covers.

Bought a Groupon and was super excited to take my daughter to play, however I regret ever buying the Groupon for this dirty place. The workers on duty really did not care, they were just talking amongst themselves. IT WAS SO DIRTY! My daughter got sick the next day and had a runny nose/cold for 2 weeks! Other children came in with chocolate snacks in their hands and were playing and getting chocolate all over the place. Why do they not have a no food and play rule? I will never take my daughter there again and it was a waste of a Groupon. You could definitely see that they do not maintain cleanliness or sanitize.

We celebrated my daughters 4th birthday at Hooray Indoor Playground this past weekend. The staff and place exceeded our expectations! My 80+ guests fully enjoyed the event. This place is so much fun for the kids! There are activities for infants, toddlers, and older kids. The decorations for the party were outstanding, the face painting was great, and the staff offered superb customer service. The play area, cafe, and bathrooms are super clean. The equipment is all new and the color scheme makes this place enjoyable. I highly recommend Hooray Indoor Playground for play and to celebrate your kiddos next birthday!! This is a family owned business and absolutely a great option in Katy! Highly recommended!!

Good place for kids to have fun and run around. It is starting to get a little run down but my kids had fun.

My 4 year old and 6 year old daughters really like this place. Got a pretty good deal on a Groupon for 5 visits. I did expect it to be a bigger facility. Both my daughters did request to return multiple times. They enjoy it and have fun so thats whats important to me.

Such a nice place! Today, we celebrated my daughter’s birthday party. We did a private rental for 2 hours where the facility was closed only to our friends and family. Even after our time was up, they still allowed the kids to play in the play area and we were able to keep our rooms to ourselves until we were ready to leave. The staff was so nice! Anum and Andrea helped with my party. Our party package was called Hip Hooray. They set everything up for us; all we had to do was show up. The decorations were done so nicely and they put our goody bags together for us. The kids and parents really enjoyed themselves. We definitely will be coming back soon!

The front desk was nice and sweet. The place was nice for kids. Super busy since summer (I went during the weekday didnt think it would be that busy). i just wish the place was a bit more separate with appropriate age group; as in a place for infants, toddlers then bigger kids. Some little toddlers was being run over by the older kids, since it was one main play area and two mini side area. But over all its nice

It worked well for my 14 month that old and my 3 year old.Pros:Clean-Everything was clean and the quality of the equipment looked good.Safety- There was a staff member by the entrance gate at all times, and childrens stamped numbers were checked to their parents stamps at exit.Novelty- There were air guns that children could use to shoot ball pit balls. (The sound was a little intimidating for my 3 year old at first but then he loved it!) Also, the equipment felt different than other places, which kept the kids busy and entertained. I was impressed.Discounts- A Groupon was available as of Summer 2018 to reduce prices by about $3/ticket.Cons-Food- No outside food, which is a bummer since we like to eat a picnic lunch and then play some more at places like this. Snacks for purchase were reasonably priced, but nothing I would feed them as a full meal.Visibility- It is a little hard to keep track of seeing your kiddos inside the older kids play place, if it is important to you. But everything felt safe and I did not see children that needed parent help out of the equipment.Overall, I like this place alot, but just wish we could bring outside food!

The place isnt that large and I thought my kids (especially my 9 yr old and 6 yr old) would get bored quickly, but I was wrong. They had a blast. Its a fun place that keeps kids running around in glee :)

Nice size space for the jungle gym style indoor playground. I wish they played music, though. Any kind of music would work, Kidz Bop, instrumentals, etc.

I discovered this place by chance from a lady. This whole time I’ve been passing by it without ever knowing it’s existence. This place is probably one of the cutest kids hangout I’ve ever been to. Here in Houston it can get challenging finding things to do with your child. My son and I would go to Chuck E. Cheese and it could get boring. I would recommend coming here for a change of pace. It’s inexpensive and there is not limit on how long you can stay here.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THIS PLACE! Not only because my daughter, son, and their cousins had a blast, but because my husband and I had a blast as well. This place gives you a chance to be a big Kid again. 5 STARS

This is the first time Ive been here but, we were invited to a birthday party and, I have to say it was AWESOME! My kiddos LOVED it! We will surely be back.

If they decided to keep up with the equipment this would be a great place. Lack of care for the place has gotten to me. We will not be returning after our punch card is empty. Also it isnt ideal to have a ton of snacks in view of toddlers. I basically avoid taking my children on the wooden side because Im not loading my children up on food that I dont agree with.

Really enjoyed coming here. Younger kids and very clean. Staff was super friendy. We will be returning. The only thing that I wasnt crazy about was the wood play area. I kept thinking my son was going to get hurt but when he was on the other side I actually felt very calm and relaxed as a parent. Se you next time. Good kid party spot.

This place is small enough to be able to keep an eye on two kids in different age groups pretty easily, which was great! The kids also had a blast! The reason for 4 stars is that it clearly states no outside food or drink and yet I saw sippy cups of milk and snacking happening inside the play areas. As a mom of kids with food allergies, this is concerning and I would have hoped the food policies were enforced better to keep kids with food allergies safe. The benches are all fabric and getting quite stained (probably from snacking theyre not supposed to be doing) so theyre not very wipeable either. All other surfaces are easily cleaned.

If I were reviewing the place solely on the amount of fun my kids had it would be a 5!!! However, the owner got a little snippy with my friend and sister in law who accompanied my kids and I. The male owner was great, very friendly and welcoming, maybe his wife could take a few pointers when it comes to behavior while running a business! We will be back because the kids had a blast but hopefully we can avoid the owners attitude next time.***Edited reviewIm not sure who the internet warrior is but I assure you I paid cash for EVERYTHING I purchased(including admission for 10 kids) and the juice was given to my daughter by the man behind the counter who I can only assume is the owner because it was her birthday, not because of any entitlement I felt! Our friends had their grandsons birthday party here. Beware you do not get what you pay for!!! Be sure to double check what you are suppose to receive in your package. They did not get the hosts they were promised to help during the party. They had to serve the food themselves. Not worth the price they are charging you!!!!!!!

Please clean your equipments. My kid was having a good time and had to be admitted into the hospital a 2 hours after leaving this place.

My daughter loves coming here its so great especially for birthday parties

I brought my infant here a couple of weeks ago. Like others have said, its small. The infant/toddler section is wooden, he only played in the bottom step. Some of the older kids ran into the infant section almost running over my son, no one said anything.Their toys are old and frayed on the corners. Im not sure if it was clean when we got there. The foam mats are stained which makes it look dirty even if its clean. I did see an employee cleaning the floor when I was leaving. I had on flip flops when I went in no one told me to wear socks. Some of the older kids and their parent didnt have on socks, I kept my flip flops on.The customer service was ok when I got there. When I left no one thanked me for coming. Its smaller than what Im used to so I doubt if well be back.

It was quite small for the price paid for the bday party. The party room is small & cramped. It felt like everyone was trying to fit in an oversized bathroom.The kids only really enjoyed these launch guns that shoot the balls everywhere. Otherwise, not all that exciting. I would have prefered a place like Monkey Joes instead.

It was nice when it just opened, but it’s dusty and some toys are missing. The air gun scare the hell out of my son, we left as soo as we got there.

This place is awesome. I loved the staff who is very friendly and co-operative. The place is pretty big too. We went for a birthday party reservation. They had decorated the party room beautifully and helped out alot. They were quite flexible with our exit time as well. I have been to some other play places for kids and they would rush us outside when its time to leave. These people were very kind about it. My daughter and my neices love this place.
