Beautiful and serene place! The landscaping, pond area, fountain, playground, pool, trees, and building are all very nice and a beautiful addition to the neighborhood. This is a relaxing place to come and enjoy after a long day. Many families enjoy the facilities, especially the pool in the summer heat!

I moved here from Cinco Ranch 8 years ago and it was the biggest mistake that Ive ever made. Every year the HOA adds more and more guidelines (because trash is starting to move in and houses are always up for rent) and the HOA doesn t know how to manage a community. They are actually driving people out. When I moved in my cul-de-sac was AWESOME!!!! Im no the last of the group because of the direction thus neighborhood is going. Im tired of it, dont buy here, its the ghetto of Cinco Ranch all because of lousy management.

I think everyone is trying to move into Westheimer Lakes North for the Katy school district but if you ask me, the traffic on FM 1093 is so not worth it. Sure its next door to Cinco Ranch but it is really your typical average neighborhood. From a real estate prospective it makes great income property! I see a lot of investors moving into the area. The recreation center doesnt add much value to the neighborhood. Its your average master planned community center. Dont expect to be knocked off your feet and please be wise enough not to buy into the hype.
