Nice from entering the park where the signs and fence is . Club house with pool nice . Clean. Office personal awesome understanding. And willing to help in anyway possible .( For what the company allows )some nice trailers some old. Some put together. Some a mess . Dumpster area is getting better. . and I see that they have cleaned up some lots. And other not . Over all I would recommend to people because they as property managers can only do as much as they are allowed . And the sometimes they just get their hands tied. Good place good people

The staff who work here are absolutely wonderful,they go above and beyond to help you. The pool is a nice accommodation with a kitty pool for the little ones and a larger pool for the family. They have a BBQ area and a club house you can use for large events.

I really wanted to like this community. Driving through, it looks very nice. My husband and I had an appointment scheduled today 05/22/2020 at 5:15pm. We were looking to buy a home, but no one showed up to meet with us. The office hours say they are open until 6pm, but it was locked. Even their answering service said they were supposed to be open until 6pm when I called to see if I could get ahold of someone. Im very disappointed to have driven 40 minutes to see the community just to be stood up.

Management is always nice helpful sure some ups and downs but its a place IAM proud to call home. Awesome community, well kept.

JR & Miss Diane make this an awesome place to live. Community garage sells, Friday bingo, start of summer party w/hamburgers & hot dogs, drinks & chips. We just had the end of summer party w/bouncing house & DJ. This one also included hamburgers, hotdogs, drinks & chips. Absolutely love living here. Even though I’m an owner, they do a LOT to help their residents out and make sure you’re comfortable and happy! I would definitely recommend checking into renting or owning in this community, great place for either situation kid and pet friendly, monitoring from local cops sometimes, pools, community events, and a club house with many amenities. Can’t go wrong checking into it if you’re looking to move!

We use the clubhouse every Wednesday night at 6pm on adult swim night to do a family dinner with some of our neighbors, it brings the community closer when you share food and conversation. We also know who needs HELP and family time. We had a community garage sale at the club house and meet a Lot of nice people in our neighborhood. I also participated in Bingo every month, we have a white elephant 2nd Friday of the month then the manager buys gift cards for the other Friday. It is a great place to live, and it has a Lot of wonderful people to visit with.

I live here and it is an overall great community. Good environment for my kids as well.

JR and Diane are terrific to work with. In another park, I felt unwelcome and a nuisance, and its not that way here. After being here awhile its apparent they work hard to make this a nice community to live in - its quiet, safe, and the neighbors have been wonderful, looking out for each other.

Ive lived there and I miss it. Hope to go back one day.

Love the neighborhood there has been some bad things but otherwise its a great neighborhood and there has been some lost cats and some lost dogs but otherwise the neighborhood is great the neighbors are great love the pool it is amazing my kids love it they have a lot of room to play you can buy a fenced-in yard if you want and as Im just trying to say is this neighborhood is really great and some people might say its horrible but its really not it is a very nice sometimes quiet neighborhood sometimes the neighbors are noisy but thats otherwise if you live next to a neighbor that is crazy or something I dont know but otherwise this is a great neighborhood for your kids its also a great neighborhood to take walks in with your friend or anybody else great for biking I just gotta say I love the pool otherwise it is great and the manager here is just wow amazing and the boss is here is just also amazing. Just to say theres no rats theres no mice theres no squirrels there are raccoons by the trash can was because theres a lot of food and theres like a little Forest behind there but otherwise its fine a really good place to keep your kid the schools around here good . I recommend you going to Bell Prairie. And there it is kind of low but it doesnt really matter will it does matter but otherwise its just a great neighborhood good to get out to play with your kids otherwise its just a great neighborhood to live in so I hope you guys decide to live in the Northland trailer park.

Literally terrified of JR (manger) after him yelling and cussing at me through the phone. Ive called numerous times in the course of 8 months to fix problems with our home, they say theyll have someone over to fix them and they never show up. Took 6 months for them to fix a crack in our door (which was there before we moved in) causing bug problems that they wont take care of. Promised the day we signed our lease that theyd replace our carpets that reak of animal pee and have stains and has bubbled up areas, they were never replaced. It took them about 3 months to fix our torn blinds (another problem that was there before we moved in) stains all over the walls that they said theyd paint and never did. The trim around our house was blown out do to a storm, I called them 3-4 weeks ago and they said theyd have someone over to fix it and guess what? Its still detached. You pay for trash pick up at the dumpster that is beyond over flowed. The pool is filthy and closed with no warning half the time. This place is a joke. Management is a joke. I will add that Dianne at the office is such a sweet lady and very pleasant to talk to. I would highly recommend NOT signing a lease here.

I lived there for 18 years before moving out in 2013. It was a really nice place for several years but started to deteriorate the last 5 years prior to my move. Im glad I moved out when I did. The Caliber of people moving in was going down hill fast.Clearing the snow off the roads in the Winter was a joke. The pool being clean and open on time almost never happened. The mobile homes were falling apart and werent kept up. The trash dumpsters were always overflowing with garbage and furniture, mattresses put on the outside of it. Not to mention the cats running in and out of the dumpster.The list can go on and on. Need I say more?

Great friends live here. Pot holes & spped bumps desperately need repaired so only 1 star because I HATE having to drive on the streets.

Lied said was up to code inspected and permitted, no disclosure, the repairs are obscene if thats what they call them. My 17 yr old does better repairs and work on duct work, plumbing, electrical and building rooms, with insulation and moisture barrier. Was told everything was up to date called permits and codes, nothing had ever been permitted or inspected. Joke. Want all my money back. Gina B would love to meet you.

Lots of crime and drugs in this trailer park! The DEA was here two weeks ago to investigate the local pot dealer who sells on the premises. Management did nothing. The park and two roads connected to it are guarded by a family with 6 kids who scream profanities and threaten other kids who try to play or ride their bikes there. Very young kids are allowed to run in the streets unattended RIGHT IN FRONT OF THE MAIN OFFICE! Kids set fires and beat each other up and break into trailers and cars. Nothing is ever done about any of it! If you move here just plan on never being able to let your kids outside in this place!

Absolute trash. Management doesn’t take care of any problems. Lived here for 6 months and they still haven’t replaced our front door. The problem is that it doesn’t fit leaving a large gap in between the frame and the door itself which has allowed bugs in the home. Management also refuses to treat the bug problem that we’ve had since we moved in. Dianne is the only decent staff and is an absolute sweetheart.

Some of the people that rated that park dont even live at this park. Yes kids ride their bikes in the roads duhhh, it is a Trailer Park not a interstate highway! There is damn near always a adult nearby ( keep in mind the children do not have yards to play in). The rules set forth by the so named corporate office that I have never been able to contact due to office personal will not provide any corporate contact information.Yes the price of lot rent goes up 20.00$ a year in which Missouri mobile home laws say they can do for mobile home park improvements. I havent seen as much as a new tree planted. Improvement means to improve something (make something better then it is) Not basic park maintenance. Rules of the park only pertain to residents that are Not personal friends or family members of office personal.Just saying before you commit to this park knock on doors of people who do live there.Drive down to the dumpsters look around for new improvements that dont exist.Count the number of stray cats in the park.Those people are right about getting things fixed or repaired that the park is responsible for the maintenance of..... Great pool, nice place to stay, visit or live. Most people are friendly. Clean and it has road bumps so no one will speed up and down the road. Only downfall is people have their kids out ruding bikes in the Middle of the road (small, young kids) no parents in sight and some child could seriously get hit. That has nothing to do with the place, just the parents though. A few people have a feeling of entitlement and Ive seen the polive here before as well. The PLACE is nice and good. Just watch for kids in the road and some, few rude adults/kids 18yrs+.

Mobile parks are cool

I have been a resident here for over three years. We are on the second or third company to own this community since we moved in. I would not recommend moving here or renting here, unless you expect to be disappointed on a regular basis. The potholes in the streets are big enough to swallow a car, the pool did not open last year until 2 months late, rent raises are frequent and without cause, as the so-called improvements dont take place. The snow removal this past season was a joke. One path through the whole neighborhood, even when we had the deepest snow in recent history. There is a rather large feral cat issue in the neighborhood as well. This neighborhood has been plagued with crime in the last year. Windows of 12 cars were shot out while parked in the driveways. There are quite a few unsupervised teenagers running amuck a lot, and parents of young children dont seem to pay much attention to where their kids are most of the time. We have had problems with some of the neighbors over the course of living here, and the management seems to say they will try to fix the problems, and then not follow through. It is really disappointing. I gave this place a two star review, but only because hate is such a strong word. Strongly dislike would have been more appropriate. We are currently looking for other housing options and would not really recommend this location.

Very nice compared to most mobile parks.

People whose applications were denied are still aloud to live there! There are vacant trailers full of wasps nests, roaches and mice that management wont do anything about! They are left unboarded to mold and rot. There are horribly behaved thug kids running the neighborhood unsupervised, destroying property and harassing tenants, but are related to management so it gets overlooked. When one person finally called the police on them, management actually got angry at her and not the destructive kids!! I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone! EVER!! Especially if you have a family and want to live in a safe place!

Apparently you have to pick at least one star to be able to post a review, so negative 5 stars is my ratingI purchased a home in Northland in November 2015, from Theresa and Drew. the home was occupied by a family with five children who apparently had defaulted on their rental agreement and were being evicted. I was told specifically by Theresa and Drew that the broken windows would be replaced carpeting would be replaced and all necessary repairs would be made prior to my moving in. these repairs took three weeks and some windows were still not replaced. the carpet that was installed is of a quality so horrible, I find it hard to believe it is actually available for purchase. the carpet was laid down over broken glass and also some places where the floors had been damaged by water, sheets of metal were nailed over the large holes in the subfloors. and it just continues to get better, counters that were to be replaced were actually repaired with plaster and paint. I have spent many hours cleaning the trash and toys and various other items out of all the floor vents,several trash bags full. then we come to the walls which were plastered and painted to hide water damage, paint literally peeling off the walls in sheets because the walls are full of water coming in from leaks around windows and siding. air conditioner had to be replaced $4,200.00 and major repairs to the furnace since the previous occupants never used any filters.the coil looked like it was carpeted the dust was so thick. One of the bedrooms windows has water pouring in whenever it rains and the damage under the carpet revealed a hole in the floor approximately a foot square. had frogs last summer when I discovered this hole . amazing that Bayshore professes to have professional staff managing their sites. I have sent emails multiple times to Bayshore and have been contacted by the manager on sight to no avail. my conversations started 15 months ago and nothing has been resolved. I have pictures of all the problems since moving in, it just seems that no one really cares about the homeowners in this park everyone with whom I have spoken to who live here feel the same rent just keeps climbing and services are non-existant.we have to take our trash to the dumpsters by the office yet we pay for trash pickup each month. if I could change anything, I surely would not have moved into this poorly run park.

Lot fees through the roof and continue to increase 20.00 every year. More and more low class people moving in letting their unneutered cats out to get pregnant. Stray cats all over the neighborhood regardless of how many that are TNR trap neutered and released. People break in to sheds and steal lawn mowers ect. New ownership every time you turn around. My block is nearly empty people move in and move out every 3 or 4 months. Raising rent to make up for this I guess. Im moving out after 20 years of this Crap!!!

Used to love coming here but was really disappointed on how all the tubes were flat and it looked like the pools were in need of care tiles on wall were missing and life guards were rude.
