RUN!!! New management is horrible! Rents keep going up and they do nothing! Promises made for rent increases to better the place and safety, never happen. The landlord could care less and lives out of town. Slumlord.The manager is very unprofessional and intimidates the tenets to the point of fear of being evicted. She could careless about the tenets and frequently threatens the financially burdened and disabled elderly. The residences are infested with mice/ rats and they refuse to exterminate. It is unlivable with rodents and disgusting. They are everywhere, no matter what we try to get rid of them. It’s simply awful. Theft of property! Many more issues that I won’t go into. There are better places for the same price. Keep looking!

If I could rate in negative stars it would be -100 stars.The manager Sonya is rude harasses peoplestarts trouble with people and when they react she grabs her phone to record them while flipping them off behind the phoneraises your rent while in lease and threatens to evict you if you dont paytoo much to list but run from this place as fast as you canpictures are of the grass in the trailer park the one with the stick is a 32 sinkhole

New manager showed up here about 6 months ago in his definitely cleaned up the park. They have removed large amounts of unwanted trash tree limbs and pick things up. The landscaping has been re done. The new manager has an extensive history with development of multifamily housing and is exactly what this property needed. This community would be a great place for anyone to live for an extended period of time considering how much improvement has been done. This property is located just a few blocks off of I70 in Kansas city missouri.

Property manager Sonia leaves property in slum conditions, over run with rats, vindictively stops trash pick up service when you remind her to take care of maintenance issues she ignores.. Shes a rude, manipulative, condescending, coercive, threatening bully & a liar.

No street lights, lot rent is 365 month water is 45 month they dont mow empty homes they throw everything in yard and leave it

I have lived here for three years and until recently was very happy. The manager is rude, unfriendly and very vindictive. I pay my rent on time and keep to myself. However, when trying to get some information or answer to a question from Sonia, all you get is a rude, unfriendly, unhelpful remark. Because I chose to stand up for myself I am now being kicked out at the end of my lease. I am a good tenant and I pay my rent every month on time, but I stand up for myself if I feel I am being wronged. The manager doesn’t like someone who stands up for themselves. Not renewing my lease doesn’t bother me in the least, because I had planned on leaving anyway.The original owners would mow our lawn at no charge but the new owners in the new lease said we are responsible. However, they sent a note around saying that they will mow the lawn for renters. When I texted to find out about it they went back to telling me we are following the lease. (Not in a friendly manner) . They sent out the notice one week, and the next week they say they aren’t following that. I questioned it and that’s where all the trouble began. I paid someone to mow my lawn because their mowers didn’t. Two days later I get an invoice for landscaping fee. They didn’t take care of my lawn, I did, yet they were trying to charge me. It wasn’t until I sent them a video from my camera that they finally removed the charges.So, if you are considering moving here, keep in mind that if you are someone who won’t be bullied, this is not the place for you.

Everything was great until the new owners came in. Property manager is horrible charged us a late fee after she closed the office early moved out & havent been contacted about our security deposit, raised rent for a more secure neighborhood WHAT HAPPENED TO THAT IDEA!!!? Hardly ever mowed the lawn. I would have gave 5 stars to the previous owners & 0 to the new ones DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!

I live here now and I absolutely love it. Quiet, clean and close to the highway. Mrs. Sonia is very polite and sweet and very easy to talk to!! I will be here for a long time! I love my tiny home!!

I, unfortunately, had to deal with Sonia. She wanted to be nasty and leave a negative review, when in reality, SHE was the one who was hateful with limited vocabulary. Apparently y’all got bought out in May, 2020 (according to our client) and this woman is hard to deal with. I totally understand now what our client meant.I sure feel sorry for all the tenants that live here.Some people you just can’t have a normal conversation with, and Sonia is one of them.

IT IS A VERY QUIET, NICE CRIME FREE AREA THE NEW OWNERS ARE REALLY BRINGING UP THE PROPERTY.

Seems to be a quiet and clean park, especially compared to the alternatives in the area. Nice green spaces, not overly crowded, and well maintained lots.

This is a pretty good place to live its quite and stays pretty clean I have had know problems in the area I like it a lot

I just passed through the area since I had to jump on a conference call and didnt want to drive on the interstate while texting and talking. I parked close to the heart mobile village and was there around 30 minutes. I noticed the area seemed quiet with not too much traffic. It was actually a great location and was close to Kansas City downtown.

Lived here for years, basically quiet, VERY rarely have any trouble, or thefts.... weve had problem neighbors in the past, but are blessed with great neighbors now!!! Most people watch out over one anothers houses, and property....

Visited a client at their home. Clear vibe that owner is cleaning out old units and renovating the whole property.

Just got here today, clean, friendly, quiet, hook ups for rvs are easy and close, like it so far

My mother lived there for seven eight years and now my sister lives there and it is a wonderful wonderful trailer park

Ive had a lot of good time here Atlas Park my dog loves his part and I do too my room here is a baseball diamond I bet this is fun during the winter time with snow you can slide old man eyeglass repair trying to walk up the hill
