Went to stay here for nearby family during the Pandemic. The amount is 525.00 mo, but that advance payment was not enough,they also wanted a lot of private and confidential information of who we are, wanting our social security info, our work history consumer and criminal and credit information and wanted us to pay for each investigation for each occupants. Thats a lot of private information for 2 senior citizens to give to strangers just to rent a peice of land for a month or 2. In addition they want a deposit. They could say the amount will vary depending on the consumer reports.We definitely will never stay at an RV park that is so intrusive to our personal information. Its not like we are seeking security, Federal or state employment with law enforcent.

Not the fanciest trailer hood in the city. But Ive definitely seen worse.

Was shopping around for a decent RV spot and this one stood out how overly over priced, in violation of customers constitutionally protected privacy rights scam and fees extra for services not requested but mandatory by this organization and without amenities inclusive as other parks nearby offer and at a much better monthly rate. My experience with these kind of outfits are not to be trusted. Beware of paying for anything that involves a credit card.

I asked repeatedly for them to fix my front door. I put in multiple work orders for it to be fixed. This was a security issue. They finally fixed it after 5 months and my trailer getting broke into. I would not recommend this community to anyone for any reason.

I have lived here about a month now. The current management is most friendly. The park is kept clean, and it has been quiet and calm. There doesnt seem to be any troublesome people here and so it is peaceful. The current staff is slowly making improvements to the grounds. To other full-time RV people like myself, I say, this is a good place to live.

I use to love this place... Now under new management I cannot stand this place. Just got a new mattress or she had to come into this at the end of all that they had already messed up.. Dont move here whatever you do do not move here.

If youre in the Kansas City Area and need a place to park your RV, this is it! The manager Shelly is very friendly and will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy. They provide full hookups for your RV and the monthly rent is very reasonable. Its a good location being only minutes away from I70. Theyre also currently making many improvements to the park so if youre in the area, come check it out! Im glad I did!

A family member lives there under new management will see if it gets better

Does anybody have a good number to get a hold of the managers to rent a space for RV? Someone said there is a different number taped to office door.

Shelly is a very kind and very helpful manager... She takes great care of the environment.... She is also very good with the children.

I called this place and was promised a list of mobile homes available...this was yesterday! and guess what? yep? Still waiting...or maybe not!

Love my new home. There is new management and maintenance crew and the improvements are great and new things continue to happen. Feel safe, secure, and am looking forward to living here for a long time.

LESS THAN ONE STAR. Glenbrook, now under new name, has increased lot rent over 100 starting April 2019. Would NEVER recommend anyone to move here!!!!!

I was thinking about staying there in my RV. But, they didnt have a place available for it at the time. It was very difficult to get a hold of anybody as they would not answer their telephone. So, I went there in person to see them and there was a note on the door with a different telephone number. I dialed the telephone number and got ahold of somebody immediately.

Shelly is a vary nice manger its really quit not a lot of truble

A tree fell and crushed my rv and all Ive received is attitude from the park manager. The corporate office personnel have been wonderful . Hopefully resolution to our situation will be soon.

Stole my laptop from my work truck in less than 5 minutes from arriving. Found my laptop in a stolen car in Parkville next day. Beware of this place very sketchy people here.

Been here for a year and I hate it here. Stupid people who live behind fixes their street bike in the middle of the night like if he owned this place.

Needs the roads there fixed very bad an the mobile homes there need to be removed ️ do to only half is still there makes it look bad

U can own your trailer and ur lot rent still expensive.

If my husbands family didnt live there we would never go. The roads are horrible, the front office is boarded up, its atrocious.
