Theres no way that the people who have been here are giving this place more than 1 star. Its trashy, half the homes are gutted (people stealing the copper pipes), tge other half look like they should be boreded up but people actually live in them, and the roads going around the trailers are bound to mess up your car. So when you leave your car will be just as trashy as the neighborhood. Crime is basically encouraged around there and the people are rude with entitlement issues (hence the theft). Just stay away.

The place has never been this bad, now you never know what will happen.. there’s so many drug deals, people get shot, and people break into others homes, steal your stuff. Definitely not Kid friendly anymore.

Sad to see what use to be normal people homes in such a ruin. This whole city has became homeless . Jobless. People say its because of addiction. I believe its bc of multiple things. Hope they do some thing with this property soon
