The landlady is very nice and I enjoyed conversing with her. Picked up an application and their rates are reasonable.UPDATE: The owner is a slumlord!! Been here for awhile, and recently we found out there was an issue with our meter. But the landlord didnt discuss it with us, he decided we were guilty and he added a $90 utilities charge onto our rent. Then he illegally shuts off our electricity and water, cursing at me to move our piece of s*** immediately. He decided to add over $500 onto our bill this month.

A GREAT PLACE TO LIVE A 5 STAR ALL THE WAY

Quite, no drugs, no problems, children, paved roads. Nice people live there! Good rent with a discount paid each month. Grassy yards. We call police we call 911, kcfd. Thank you!
