Dirt and gravel parking lots. Portable bathroom. Bluff look out has no concrete path way.The charm is that it is left as close to its natural state with a minimal design to allow visitors to view the large surf.
You can walk to the grassy part of The Maui Seaside and get a tan on the grass. Also, theres usually a cool breeze blowing. Also, its a good place to practice wing-foil in the harbor, too.And Ive seen kayaking as well!
Industrial. Solitary, but much more beautiful beaches nearby.
Its a nice place to have family gathering. They even have lifeguards on duty... Wind surfing spot as well.
Great north shore mini beach area in front of 2 canoe clubs.
Great place to relax. Traffic little heavy but manageable.
Nice place please malama
The port is right there next to the beach. Its loud and the beach is small. May be good spot for boating and kite surfing but not for relaxing.
Unusually interesting place in the middle of an industrial spot
This is where I paddle to and from the open ocean.
Great place to relax
Been staying next door at the hotel with a room facing the park. The canoe clubs and such are no bother whatsoever, but there always seems to be someone under the influence of who knows what wandering about or yelling at someone and flailing about in the parking lot. Homeless people camped out on the beachfront, and the last two nights in a row there have been some sort of emergency services/security vehicles addressing something over there.
Small grass area and access to strip of beach. Canoe club located there. A covered hut, shower and calisthenics workout bars there. Came here for a quick picnic.
Good place to get out of traffic for lunch with ocean view
Great outrigger canoe paddle, we paddled 2 miles off shore, beautiful views of Maui.
BBQ and swim and then shower
Good for something to do to kill time before a flight!
Garbage laden sliver of sand. Not a good beach
Showers, porta potties, but a lot of homeless people. This is the site of two canoe clubs which are main draw to this park. Hawaiian Canoe Club and Na Kai Ewalu.
Canoe racing
Large grassy area
A place to launch canoes.
Breath taking beauty
