Nice trail, however not very well marked for the Into The Woods Walking Challenge.

This is a nice trail right along the canal. We saw plenty of wildlife here and the fall colors were very beautiful. The trail was not crowded at all but was still well maintained. There are a couple short trails that lead to Community Park which was a nice park to walk through.

Great place to start a run, walk or bike along the canal on mostly crushed limestone with a tiny bit of courser gravel in spots. Restroom is available too.

How can I even experience it if you dont have valid hours? I would like to experience a bike ride on those trails, but Im not going to go when the sun and temperature start to peak and closing time doesnt offer anything better, how about sunrise like your preserve on Black Rd

So pretty. Trail is kind of nicely kept. Not alot of traffic, and one of my favorite places to go. Trail runs from Joliet to just past Ottawa, but watch out it gets very rural around Seneca, we had to stop our bike ride there. But trail is awesome all the way to Morris.

This Mickey D is really clean especially the bathroom. I consider this to be the reason why the food is prepared properly.

Beautiful park with a great selection trails in the park and along the canal. Walked 4 miles during a warm spring day and saw a ton of wildlife. Turtles everywhere with large snapping turtles in the canal along with ducks, geese, muskrats and the occasional water snake. This is a wildlife oasis in a major urban area.

It was really fun to run here. I’ve had so many long runs and have seen nature here. I only docked a star because the ground is not very flat, it has vehicle tread that made it uneven.
