This was the first time Ive ever been inside here, weve ordered through GrubHub previously. Really enjoyed our dine in experience, my only complaint was the cherry bombs we ordered were warm. Besides that everything was great. Pizza Bones and beer cheese, yes please! Fried pickle chips are another great app. I had the pimento cheese burger, and was blown away! The chef came out and checked in with us. Just great all around vibe. Very busy on a Friday, but we were able to sit in the booth section with no wait.

If you’re looking for a fun place to go out on a date or meet up with some friends then Pizza Bonez is definitely a great option! Good selection of beer on tap as well as can/bottle selections, the menu has lots of items that are shareable and crave worthy, plus you get to be a kid again and play some games! Tuesday is a great day to visit with their killer “Taco Tuesday” special of 3 tacos (highly recommend the pulled pork) chips & salsa, a flight of N.C. craft beer, and a $10 game card all for only $20

This place is a gem in Jacksonville, NC. I definitely think this is a must for any beer drinkers and college youth. You’ll appreciate their hospitality and their service. This place is clean and respectable as far as service and guests go. I would definitely recommend going during the day as well as in the nighttime. There’s tons of games and things to do for the whole familia! You’ll definitely enjoy a great time every time you go there.

Place is awesome! For a local place that you can party with your kids, let them sing their favorite music while you have a cold beer and awesome food. Id call this place a diamond in the rough and we can all agree Jacksonville is rough. This coming from a retired Marine.

This place is great!!! The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The arcade has a variety of fun games that you can actually win, which is nice. The food was surprisingly good! One of the best burgers Ive had in a long time!! Kris was our waiter and he did a great job! Will (the owner) was super nice and really made sure my 2 boys had a great time. We are definitely coming back!!!

5 stars for atmosphere and the friendliness of service. 1 for food and efficiency. Fries were well cooked, but no salt or season to speak of. Chicken tenders...yeah dont do it and certainly dont do it to your kids. Chalk is what comes to mind. Chew 60 plus times in order to swallow because the standard isnt going to cut it. Our server was super sweet, but clearly overworked. I got zero refills on my sweet tea, dark blue cups were not a smart call management. They cant see if refills are needed from a distance and nobody likes a server hovering. The burger was good so theres that silver lining. The Philly cheese steak was bland, dry (where was the cheese?) and mediocre at best. Go for the fun, just eat before you do.

These COVID times. Ill tell ya. A new place serving a nice selection of on tap beers. Friendly staff and pretty good food. Prices are a little bit high but tolerable. Depending on the crowd service can be a little slow. The atmosphere tends to get a little loud and hard to hear your guests. Will go back.

Mandee was an extremely amazing waitress. Always making sure my party and I had what we needed, checking on us constantly, and being so kind. The atmosphere and the food was spectacular!

I was upset because I had been wanting to try this place for a long time. We ended up ordering a pepperoni pizza due to the fact they could not split any specialty pizza and from other reviews is probably good we didn’t go with what we wanted. The pizza was average.We also ordered nachos which were okay but not great and I didn’t think was worth the price especially because we barely had any toppings on it. After the first layer of chips, there was nothing else to eat it with.We also ordered the chicken strips with an upgraded side of Mac and cheese. Chicken strips were probably the best thing we had today but they were fried really crispy and dark. The Mac and cheese was bland and reminded me of velveeta Mac and cheese. There was no flavor and not worth it at all. Really disappointed.As for the service, our waiter was nice but didn’t pay attention to us at all. We were her only table and it took her 10 minutes to come and grab our drink order and after we were given our food by another waitress, she stopped by to see how we were doing. Our sauces for the chicken strips were forgotten, we weren’t given any extra plates, and my husband had to get up and get our refills for us. She never stopped by to check on us until we were ready to leave. We looked for her and she was just sitting at the bar where she seemed distracted by other male customers.When we asked if we were supposed to get our own refills she apologized and told us no, she was supposed to get them and that she was busy. She didn’t look busy to us but she could have been.Overall the food wasn’t great, service sucked, and there was no explanation of how our experience should have gone with it being our first time. I.e. who refills our drinks, if we want to play games can we leave our table, etc.We played some games after boxing up our pizza to go and that was probably the best part. A little pricey for credits but my husband and I enjoyed a couple games of connect four basketball and centipede.**I’d suggest only going for game play and the bar. Eat at home and don’t waste your time on the food.

Its great for families. Yet its also great for couples after 9pm. During the day kids can eat and play at night the adults can annoy each other with karaoke. The price is $$ out of $$$$$.

Very good piiiizzzzzza, I killed a whole pizza, good customer, and need better tv . Owner need to shave his beard. Nice bathroom. Good games need more games. Nice.

The food was good but our waitress was the worst. We saw her maybe 3 times. I had to go to the bar to get our drinks, our to go container, and our bill. She didn’t explain the game cards to us or where to even begin. She was clearly having a bad day but even after standing by the bar to get my own stuff no one seemed to care except the bartender.

This place is great! We had the Pizza Bones & Beer Cheese, Fried Pickles and a build your own thin crust pizza. Everything tasted awesome! It doesn’t offer anything different than a regular sports bar, but if you want sports bar food that tastes delicious, then this is the place for you. I had a Foothills Festival Express Juicy IPA - just one of the MANY beers (TONS of draft, bottled, and canned beers) to choose from. They have a full bar with tons of liquor and beer options. The only problem is that our 16in pizza with 4 toppings was $21 - but the price truly depends on how many toppings you get. I would definitely come here again!

My husband and I visited Pizza Bonez for the first time. The atmosphere was good. Our server was super nice. The food was really good. We had the breadsticks with beer cheese. They were very good, just really small!! We both had the Pimento Cheese Burger. I added Fried Green Tomatoes to mine. The burgers were cooked just as we ordered, and were very good! The Fried Green Tomatoes were a good addition and recommended. We look forward to returning. We will try the pizza on our next visit!

The service here was really nice and our waitress was such a sweetheart! The arcade also adds for a fun time just make sure to bring cash! The only let down was the food we had ordered. The pizza came out cold with very sparse toppings and virtually no sauce (we had ordered it with no cheese so we could see the lack there of very clearly). The other members of our group enjoyed their food, which were all burgers, so maybe its a pizza only problem. Not a bad place though!

Friendly staff, hosts trivia and karaoke, along with the arcade. The FOOD! I wasnt expecting much of their menu, typical bar stuff, but was blown away by the options they carry. Went for a work event and I wanted to eat from everyones plate! Ill be going back with my family very soon!

The servers are wonderful, the menu is really good, and the prices are cheap. There is a wide selection of beer on tap. They also have Air hockey and Skee ball. The music playlists are also fire. Finally a fun place in Jacksonville.

Picked up dinner tonight, to go. Ordered the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich for my husband and tonight’s Special- Yonder Almost Famous Chicken Sandwich for me. I was already a fan of Yonder/Dukes cooking. My husband judges many places by their ability to make a good BCS, and he rated this one an 8 out of 10. Might be a 9 or even a 10 if we eat there fresh. Food was still hot when I got home after 20 minutes of driving. Ordered when I walked in the door and it only took about 12 minutes for my food to be ready to go. All the staff were friendly, smiling, wearing masks (cause you know... Covid) and many of them greeted me in passing, or made sure to ask if I had been helped or needed anything. I am only giving it a 4 out of 5 because we haven’t tried the arcade side yet, but we plan to go back soon and I will update the review after a dine-in experience. This place seems to be a local version of an establishment that rhymes with Cave and Dusters... but probably better . I am looking forward to going back.

Very disappointed. Food took an hour to get. Crust is rubbery. Wings were Luke warm and vaguely covered in sauce. $42 for large pizza with two topping and 1 1/2 pounds of chicken wings. We would have been better of getting poppa johns.

Mandee is the BEST waitress here! She’s so sweet and wants to have fun and let her customers have fun! She’s attentive and by far the most genuine waitress! Would come back solely for her!

The food is great and the games were so much fun but the alcohol beverages were a little watered down. But other than that they have good customer service. I would totally recommend to go here.

My fiance and I ordered the pork rind with pimento cheese and a cheeseburger, cooked medium, with bacon to share, to go of course. It was the BEST burger I have had in years! The pimento cheese dip was good as well but it is served cold. I decided to warm it up and, OMG! So good! You guys should really consider serving it warm! It made all the difference! Will order from here again!

Excellent service, wings are the best in town. Hot Honey BBQ & Garlic Parmesan wings will put you in a food coma. French Fries are fresh and thick cut. Highly recommend this spot!

Checked out this place for a working lunch with my colleagues. I must say I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, the place was clean. The food was great and it was a pretty cool ambiance.A very good first impression and I will visit them again.

This was the first time we ordered! Pizza was cold! Nachos were soggy and had NO cheese! Pimento Cheese tasted like nacho cheese with pimientos added!! Cheese Cake dessert was cold and burnt! Over priced! We will never go back!

A 30 minute wait was alright since its new and on a weekend, but our problems really started when we got our table. We tried to order a cheese steak and traditional wings, which they were both out of. We ordered burgers as a secondary. The food took around an hour to get to us. My burger was unevenly cooked, part of it being under cooked. Both of our burgers were barely warm, certainly not fresh off the grill. Then there was an extra $30 dollars on the bill that the server accidentally put on from another table and forgot to remove.Overall disappointing with the only plus being the arcade area, which was crowded with so many adults, my kid could barely play the games he wanted. Maybe one of the hosts and the bartender have had experience in the restaurant business, since no one else seems to have a clue what they were doing.Hopefully yall figure out what your doing soon, since the place is a pretty cool idea. Maybe decide if youre trying to be a bar or a restaurant, cause that confused me.

2nd time visiting the place . Food was not that great . Over priced for pizza. I went around 4:30 pm on a slow Wednesday night, and took ages for food to come out.The GM Keri was extremely rude . She does not come off as the customer service attitude. If you try to brining to her attention that one of the machines are broken and she treats you like your dumb.To add, there machines are cash only and do no accept cards.I would not recommend to family and don’t see myself coming back in the future.

Had a rather large party come in and they were still able to get us all seated with no wait. The servers were nice and friendly and the food was great I’d recommend the Boneyard Burger would for sure come back.

Have given this place 2 attempts now and been supremely disappointed both times. The first time I attributed the extremely slow service to just opening, so we decided to give it a second chance. Ordered for delivery and was told it was going to take 30 minutes for delivery. After 2 phone calls and just over 2 hours later our food was finally delivered......cold and incomplete. Would never recommend this place to a single sole, which is a shame because it has so much potential but obviously is lacking in leadership and experience.

The atmosphere is fun and the food was great. Would have gave 5 but after 25 minutes of waiting I had to flag someone down to take our order. Other than that it was awesome and I took into consideration that they just opened. I will definitely be going back.

Pizza IS my favorite food. This accounts for 4 stars. That last star is for the inside of the spot. Clean and loved the album covers on the walls. Next time I’ll have to try the games. Hopefully that stage has a few nights of karaoke! Then I’d never leave

The service was horrible. We had a party of 10. Some of our party got their food an hour before we did. I had the boneyard cheese burger, and I loved it. The atmosphere is really great and fun. It is so great to hear the karaoke. Nice arcade.

Not people friendly. Treatment of my friends is very important and my first impression with pizza bones was hardly that. I cant believe they let her quit her job to work for them and then they terminated her the day she was to start. So sad. Without even a explanation. How do you even stay in business.

First time trying this place via Uber eats. My delivery went great. I ordered basic cheese pizza with extra sauce. Pizza was mediocre. There was probably a silver of sauce on the whole thing. So, extra sauce request was completely ignored. Reminded me of Chuckie cheese pizza. Not worth $16.99 for a 16. Ill stick to Abruzzos and empire.

WOW! Soooooooo fricken good! Wife and I enjoyed the food, atmosphere, staff, and wait staff (Mandee) was top notch... The master chef Duke is a boss in the kitchen, I love his food and will follow him anywhere. I had the peanut butter and jelly wings with an extra order to take home, fried pickles, and the yonder chicken sandwitch. (No I’m not pregnant, I just love good food.The atmosphere was like an adult chucky cheese, with a full bar. I know for a fact that we will be back soon.

Went to the soft opening yesterday and had a great meal! Morgan L. our server was attentive and informative. A welcome addition to the Jacksonville area. We didnt get a chance to play any games but we will next time. Looking forward to trying the pizza!

We came in, we’re greeted right away. Took them a minute to find a spot for my big family, not an issue at all. The kids went right to playing the arcade games. The waitress took mine and my husbands drink order and was very kind about waiting to take the orders for my children when they came to the table. Our food order was quick and friendly and the food came out really fast. The fried pickles were to die for, the the pizza was so good. I don’t usually eat the crust but I was all for it here. The kids had a blast, my husband and I enjoyed watching the XFL and nascar race at the same time and everyone was so super nice. Great prices too. Thanks for a good family night. We plan on doing it once a month. You guys have regulars.

Terrible service and the waitress had the audacity to refer to our party as a bunch of double bags.

I have gone 3 times to this place the first time I ordered the lemon pepper wings they were super dry. The second time I went I ordered the burger the meat and bread were both burnt and the third and final time I asked to watch a specific game and the manger refused because the North Carolina and Duke game started in an hour so out of 23 TVs he did not want to change one. Only reason I gave them 2 stars is because the waiters are extremely good at there jobs.

The bar tender with dark brown hair with purple in it was very rude to myself and our other guests that were with us. She got an attitude quickly, raising her voice and using unnecessary hand gestures and threw the change on the bar instead just handing it back to us. We understand it was busy and loud but her customer service was horrible. If it wasn’t for the blonde bar tender we would have left immediately. The drinks were good and not too strong and otherwise great place.

Manddie was a great server! Food and entertainment was outstanding!

Food off the chain, I came when it opened and the food was amazing but it was a small wait because they are very busy. I had a bacon cheeseburger and fries and it turned out excellent, definitely will be back and will recommend!

Pizza was COLD, ordered two pizzas, a sandwich, side salad, and wings. We were shorted a pizza and the salad. I do not recommend this restaurant for delivery.

It’s just... not that good.As far as quarantine-time takeout goes, it’s just eh. It didn’t take long from ordering to pickup and the staff was very nice and professional. We got two pizzas and some bread with beer cheese. The pizza crust is super thin, even though it’s “traditional”—makes me wonder if their thin crust is just one layer of filo dough. Cheese tasted kind of like plastic. They were more crust than pizza, maybe half actually had sauce and toppings on it. The breadsticks were ok, but doughy and sort of bland. The beer cheese tasted good, but a bit watery.I’ve noticed a lot of places having food that’s much worse now compared to it’s pre-lockdown quality, and perhaps that’s what’s happened here too. I’m sure that when this restaurant is open in full swing, it’s a great place to eat and drink and enjoy yourself—but sober takeout isn’t worth this price point.

Bottom line: Will NOT return to this place.Clean, new place. Nice aesthetic. Arcade is cool. Pizza was good. Waitress was nice. BUT. The service itself was TERRIBLE and pizza was CRAZY overpriced.My husband and I walked in just after 8 pm and only had to wait about 15 min. for a table, which was awesome considering they were decently busy. After being seated, we decided what we wanted very quickly and then our waitress stopped by. We got waters and ordered our pizza (a 12 in. to share). We were hoping the pizza was going to be amazing, as the price was almost $15 for a small... I wanted to get a beer, but the waitress didnt check on us for another 15-20 minutes after she dropped the waters off, which is a little crazy, especially considering I made it known that I was looking at the beer menu. When she finally checked up on us, I didnt even want the beer anymore, and I was hoping we would probably get our SMALL pizza soon. Pizzas shouldnt take that long to make. But, sure enough, we waited ANOTHER 20 mins. for this stupid, overpriced, small pizza, until we finally got it. At this point 40+ mins. of waiting for a SMALL PIZZA had gone by. In the time it took for the waitress to check on us and the pizza to get to our table, we had already decided that we wouldnt be back. The pizza was good, but again, NOT worth the price or the ridiculous wait. Next time we want pizza and a good time, we will just order a $7.99 2-topping LARGE from Hungry Howies and go to Game Time Arcade. We will not be going back to Pizza Bonez.

I drove all the way from Swansboro because of reviews. How disappointing.Just an ok Welcome, Sat down and the NO Service . Waiting 25 minutes, no wait staff stopped by the table . Not one of the 5 I seen assisting others .

Well for starters, our waitress was not knowledgeable of the menu. Our pizza came out cold, and came out BEFORE our appetizer. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Pizza Bonez is a good place food was great and service. BUT we got a 1/2 pound of wings and their was 5 in the basket like really and it was 7.99 that is way over priced. Also, this place is more of a bar than anything it is kid friendly but their is only a handful of low top tables for your littles to sit at. Not to mention that a low top table was literarily siting their was no one at it the whole time we were sitting at our table about every employee walked by it and couldnt pick up the dirty dishs then a guy came to the table and half bussed it put didnt take way any of the dishes. They were telling people an hour and half wait, but they couldnt turn tables they just let them sit there dirty until they felt like doing it. There was about three more tables in the bar area that were dirty that werent even touched while they told us that there were a 30 mins wait. The table we sat at was a low top table because we had a little one and it was empty the whole time we were waiting for a table. This place is way over priced I got a Truly draft and it was $6.50 for a 12oz glass and my husband got a Bud light draft 12oz and it was $6.50. This places draft beer is WAY OVER PRICED. This place is not going to be open very long if they keep up with these PRICES and food portions. Once people start to figure out what they are about, people are not going to be coming back.

Very limited menu. Not impressed with customer service. Id rather drive the 45 minutes to an actual arcade. Pizza tasted like an over priced Chuck E. Cheese pizza.

Pizza bones. Id recommend ordering anything but the pizza. We ordered wings, nachos a kids meal and a puzza. Everything came out timely except the pizza. Our Waitress becky said the pizza will be right out. 20 minutes later, we still had not got our pizza. The we asked for chicken on the nachos, it had no chicken so becky took it back to correct the order and I think we wouldve been better off keeping it because it took forever to get the correct nachos back. A young lady with dreads brought out wrong orders several times. She put wings on our table which we never ordered on our table and walked off, so that means whoever actually ordered the wings got them cold. We also saw that same Waitress bring out our nachos and ask several customers if they ordered nachos. Then screamed across the restaurant SARA WHO HAD THE NACHOS the entire staff needs to be retrained then open up again. Pretty dissappointed
