They are super friendly! Its a great place to bowl if you can actually get an available lane. The owner also runs the pro shop and hes pretty awesome too. Theyre just a little pricey but its worth it.

This was a great way to spend a rainy afternoon in Jacksonville, of course with the Covid-19 restrictions it was a little strange. All in all we had a good time playing mini golf and in the arcade. I would definitely recommend this place for family fun.

There werent any lanes available due to Tuesdays between 6 and 9pm leagues take up most of the lanes. The Boutique side, as they call it, cost more to bowl. We couldnt be accommodated to play on the Boutique side since no other lanes were open. Those lanes were no different. We paid the extra since we traveled from Middleburg. The lanes on the Boutique side was trash. The rails for kids were broken and the keypad menu was extremely difficult to press to input info. How do you charge extra for what is supposed to be a special side? But all in all we still made the best of it and enjoyed or visit.

My group of friends visited place after after one member of the groups wedding, we had a blast and really enjoyed how unique the mini golf course was. We especially love the robots.

We had some technical issues with the lanes but othrr than that the food was great and we had a great time. Great customer service .

It use to be 5 stars hands down! But now here lately its been terrible. People dont know how to stay in their own lane they forget other people are around trying to enjoy their time as well but with all the people being all over the place and having to constantly ask people to move out your lane your trying to bowl and having to ask repeatedly to get out of our seats! But other than that the place is good family place!!

Went today for my nieces birthday party, The staff was very nice and professional. The inside was clean, and has a lot to do, tons of games, laser tag, krazy black light mini golf, regular and black light bowling. All inside this 45,000 sq. foot area. The pizza wasnt bad. I was surprised. The kids and the adults had a great time. Definitely recommend u visit, and play the blazer tag. Its fun, even for adults. I took tons of pics, check them out. Do not go here they pick and choose who they will tell to put a mask on I guess I needed to be the example at the moment. When a lot of people don’t wear the mask correctly including the employees that don’t even wear them while walking around! They are making the employees tell me to put a mask on when just behind the counter their own employees aren’t even wearing it correctly or at all.? Me and my family was there over 5 hours even ordered food too, spent a lot of money. Went back right before leaving to buy drinks and then was approached and was told I couldn’t be served without a mask on now. And then I was followed around and told by staff that now me and my family had to put a mask on?! How does that make sense. Over 5 hours later? Ok. So then I was definately singled out. So then I pointed out 3 people right at that moment including 2 employees! Whatever I will not be coming back and I will tell others of this ignorance. Either enforce it or don’t on everyone that doesn’t follow it ALL THE TIME. Be the MASK POLICE CORRECTLY.

I decided to take my kids bowling tonight and I was not pleased with the service. We went last Saturday and we had a good time but tonight was not so great. They tried to charge me $72.00 for four people to bowl! That is ridiculous when last week I paid $55.00. I bought nachos tonight and the cheese was cold! And let’s not forget about people that decided to not wear a mask. I saw a group of six people walk in and sit don’t at tables that had NOT been sanitized so I decided to take my kids and leave.

Prices to play billiards is way over priced, tables, balls and ques are all in very sad shape and not maintained at all, lights over pool table didnt work.

They offer a $10 coupon on bowling on the website, but do not accept it unless you print out the coupon before arrival. Those of us who do not own printers, are therefore not eligible to receive to coupon. The rest of the place is nice.

Went on a Saturday night. Arcade wasnt too busy but the bowling alley was. There was only one person cooking food and one person handling the register/orders. She even went back a couple times to help out the cook and handled multitasking very well. So, I was understanding that the food orders were a little on the slower side that night. However I really hope its not like that every night though. There should be more staff on busy days, especially a Saturday night. It took a while to get my food and we were already finished bowling before I got it.Overall great experience. Was my second time there (didnt order food the first time to compare experiences) but staff was kind and helpful as usual. We had a lot of fun!

Like a compound now....me and my wife went to try the indoor mini golf course...it was really fun...plus bowling, arcades, 2 or 3 pool tables, laser tag. They put alot of effort into the statues and artwork.

Thats it, I wasnt ok with the time. Upon arrival, we were told, yall only have time for one game. The lanes were already rented, to a company function. Not complaining, just only have Thursdays off. Ill call beforehand, and show up earlier. Ill be back.

One of my favorite houses to bowl in. Awesome staff and the lanes are well maintained. The owner is a former pro-bowler herself and you can tell she fixed her house up like a bowling center she herself would want to bowl in. Great place for kids and families. Great place for parties. Pro shop was great. Bought my first ball tonight and the staff was awesome with sizing showing me how to properly hold it and was helpful making sure it fit after the initial sizing. Lanes were freshly oiled and made for very fun and interesting learning with the ball. Overall had a great experience!

This is a great place to spend an afternoon. We did laser tag, bowling and the arcade and spent about 3.5 hours. Its great for the age thats too old for Chuck E Cheese and adults. My 3yo had fun but not a whole lot geared towards that age. It is a little pricey though; arcade games cost from $.75- $1.75 each. And we spent about $50 on laser tag and $50 on bowling in the nice, dark lounge bowling alley. (4 adults, 1 8yo and 1 3yo). Havent bowled at the big, normal bowling alley but its only $1 cheaper per person. Even the food from the snack bar is really good and fresh.

Came here with my daughter and granddaughter, took almost ten minutes to find somebody that worked here so we can play golf. We got a deal on Groupon that seemed very fair, two play cards with $10 each and the round of golf for four. Once again trying to collect tickets for my granddaughter was a chore trying to get anybody that worked here to help us out. The place is clean and the games were do decent which is the reason for two stars instead of one. The rating is almost solely for the staff.

I love bowling here! The games are cheap and so are the other amenities. Laser tag is a fun workout for kids and the golf is so cool and detailed! Bathrooms are as clean as a whistle and staff is uber friendly.

Miniature golf was awesome! The kids loved it. I like the miniature golf because no one else was there so we had the entire area to ourselves. However, the arcade games were very expensive. We exhausted our card only a few games after about 10min.

We were a group of 26 visiting Jax and found Batt Family Fun Center through a Google search. We called ahead and set up a party, where we got 2 hours of bowling that included pizza, wings and drinks, then added on an extra event for each person. They had options of mini-golf, lazer tag and arcade cards. Our group had a blast and the staff was great - both when we called and when we were there. Thanks for a great time...at about $27 per person! Extremely reasonable for a party of that size with all the options! Definitely recommend!!

If I could give this establishment zero stars I would. The service was beyond terrible. Every single staff member was rude as all get out. We were sitting at one of the bars by the food area trying to enjoy our meals, when one of the employees came up and started throwing and slamming the balls on the racks underneath the table. It was time for them to close and instead of just telling us one of the guys who worked there came in and just started grabbing the pool balls off the table in the middle of our game and just yelled “Goodbye” at us. It was mine and my family’s first time there trying to enjoy a little family time and it was absolutely terrible and ruined, when trying to ask the employees about prices for golf, or just questions in general they were rude, and acted as if we were a bother to have there. Not to mention my husband got so sick from the burger and fries he ate there. Will NEVER go back to this place.

Went during the afternoon. Very quiet and plenty of Lanes. Not sure how it is at night but we had a good time. Bowled for free, paid for does and got$2 card included. 25$ for shoes for 6, not bad at all

Great place and fun

This is a nice little spot to pop into if youre looking for something simple to do with the children. The bowling lanes can get a little crowded. But its a nice place to hang out with your children. The games for the kids are reasonably priced. It is not an extravagant place but a nice spot to visit if you are looking for something to do.

Great place, fun for all ages, great food, the black light mini golf was cool. Prices are far, I will be going back.

Went in with a group of 7 we needed 2 lanes side by side. I had a coupon and was going to purchase an extra game. The older guy was rude and took us to the other side had a young guy ring us up..he was really mean to him and made us feel uncomfortable...they didnt have any lanes in the regular side had to go to arcade side.Took forever to get served and never could figure out what the issue was between the sides and the worker. Felt bad for the young guy. He was very nice and helped get us all bowling.

Im not quick to give a bad review but this place really got to me. After playing the mini golf which is nearly impossible still fun if youre just playing and letting the kids run around. We ordered a cheese pizza, fries, cheese fries and 2 large drinks totaling over $30. Now there is 2 teenage boys and 3 little ones with me (whiny and hungry). After 35 minutes and multiple other people, I go back to the food counter, they forgot my order. Tried to say that they had an order of 7 pizzas (after my order). Yet my mother received her food and they were 20 numbers (orders) past me. Everyone at the counter was getting food. They offered me a refund (no other food). It took 7 days for the money to be refunded back to my card. Luckily I had used Groupon for the mini golf. We will not be back. Staff was not friendly and all in all it was just a bad visit.

We always enjoy our time with family at Batt Bowl. A clean establishment with a family atmosphere. The Sunday special is awesome and we are so thankful its still offered. Snack bar food is good and the staff is pleasant. My only complaint is the price for drink refills. A $1.29 for large is fine but not for the other sizes.
