My children enjoyed getting back out into public. They were clean, not crowded at all and the staff was amazing!!

Definitely not the best one that I have been to. Very slow customer service when trying to get a play card and drink. We did not order food so no comment on that. It was somewhat clean, but no employee actively walking around and cleaning which I experienced at another Chuck E Cheese just 25 minutes away.

First time at CEC since before March. Only us and one other mom and her children. If had been as before wouldnt have went but checked Monday on the amount of people and if even open. Was a good evening with my grandson. At games had signs of only one family member there.

TOOK MY GRANDCHILDREN, JUST ABOUT ALL THE MACHINES WERE OUT OF ORDER! A WASTE OF MONEY! I BROUGHT SEVERAL PACKAGES AND THE WORKS DIDNT EVEN SAY THE MACHINES WERENT WORKING!!

I Came Here 5 Years Ago in 2015 And Since It’s Been Five Years I Decided to Review this Store a 10/10 And I gotton A Chance to see The Studio C Alpha Before The Remodel Sadly And When I was there I enjoy playing the Games And The Animatronics Sadly there gone But Still enjoyed my visit 5 year ago :)

I love this Chuck E Cheese. Not only have I been visiting this location since I was a child and it was called Show Biz, my children come now too. This is a big Chuck E Cheese boasting two game rooms. One side has more toddler oriented games and rides while the other side is for the more mature kids. The staff is professional and available during party time. Overall my experience here is positive and meets my expectations.

I went to the Chuckie E. Cheeses in Jacksonville Florida with my dad, niece and nephew a few days before my last birthday. My dad ordered a pizza for us to eat while we were there.I liked the pizza and the atmosphere.

Great place to take your family very nice the bathrooms are clean if you have little ones they will love this place Chucky comes out about every hour on 30 minutes to give tickets out its very nice the people are very great there theres not much I can bad I can say about this place if anything at all

We always have partys and play games up here. The customer service needs a lot of work. Have a manager walking around on the phone and have other corworks with attitudes and dont want to help the customer out. Games run out of tickets and havent been open for more then 2 hours with less then 4 people in building.

The pizza is good great place to take your grandchildren and watch them play games

My sons birthday was August 5th. I received an email sometime in late July about having a party to go. The email said that you can place your order through door dash, uber eats, or grub hub. You could also call a location. I called the Regency Chuck e. Cheese on July 31st at 2:52pm. An employee answered and said I can place through door dash. I advised her per the email I can call a store. She told me to hold and put a manager on. He told me it was too soon I can call back on Tuesday evening because the order wouldnt stay in the system. I called back Tuesday at 7:01pm and 7:02pm. No one answered. I called back at 7:13pm and an employee said you can go through door dash. She put a manager on the line and he said the same thing. I advised why the email said I can call the store. I placed an order through Grub hub that night to be delivered at 4pm. Everything arrives. All I received was the pizzas, cotton candy and the cake. No plastic ware, cake cutter, plates, tablecloth, or goodie bags. Not even the photo back drop. Very disappointed. I called Chuck e. Cheese at 6:02pm on August 5th and told them what happened. They gave me the goodie bags and two bags of cotton candy. My son turned 6 and I was disappointed to not have received everything at once. I still had to go to the store for missing items. Which I wanted to go in and pick up everything and have the store to place the order. They act like they couldnt. This is the second time I have had an issue with them about my childs birthday. I never have issues at the avenues location.

They had so much to do. They werent stingy with their tickets and they have the kiddie games separated from the games for bigger kids. Very spacious and I wasnt out a lot of money thanks to the coupons on their website. Love the fact that they were quick to refill the tickets and fix the games

We visited here on Easter Sunday. The establishment had very few quest which was perfect but it was extremely dirty. There was tissue and food on the floor..very few cleaned tables. There were plenty staff walking around but no one seemed to notice the mess. When it was time to go the prize line and counter line was extremely backed up and no one was in a hurry. My daughter loves this place unfortunately we will visit the avenues location going forward. The pizza and wings were amazing the salad bar had wilted lettuce so my mom kept having to ask for fresh lettuce

Went for the $5 pizza special I called and ordered guy says 10 mins. 15mins later I come in and hes like 5 more mins. Eh.. but the pizza was hot and delicious.

The food has been amazing the past cpuple of visits. They got rid of tokens you pay for time now. It wasnt bad and I didnt spend all day there. Also, the staff was accommodating.

Really enjoyed our time at this location. Friendly staff and everything was clean. I love the new play option. We were able to play as many games as we wanted for $12 for 39 minutes.

A cool place to take young children. There wasnt enough employees behind the desk to help incoming groups and the wait to be helped was a bit too long. The girl at the check-in desk did a great job making sure that no one left without being checked for their stamps. Overall the location was clean and my family had a good time as always.

It was good all the way up until we made our way to the prize counter. We were next in line and the guy just did not acknowledge us and let another family go ahead of us even though we were clearly standing there. I tried to to tell him that we were next in line and he just ignored me. We were clearly standing right in front of him. I always hear negative things about this location and I guess they are true and I will continue to take my children to the Avenues location. This place is just straight up trash.

Fun place to take the kids. Ive been to some pretty crummy Chuck E. Cheeses. This is not one of them. Clean place, friendly staff. You can tell the employees really care about the atmosphere and want to make sure everyone is having fun.

Great fun for our 3 and 6-year-old children. Reasonably priced. The food is surprisingly tasty.

It was okay. The game experience outweighed the food experience. Cauliflower crust could have cooked a little longer. The salad bar was decent. Ranch needed to be updated with a version that did not contain milk to thin it out. Environment was pretty clean. Ladies restroom had a backed up toilet. Overall, a good experience.

Came from Miami, Florida to celebrate my Granddaughters 4th Birthday. My husband and I totally enjoyed our visit at Chuck E. Cheese. The server/host had such good mannerisms. Checked on us frequently. Wish I remembered his name . Thanks to all !!# clean bathrooms give you bonus points.

Pizza was burt customer service was horrible. Ordered an xl pizza recieved a large cut into 21 pieces. An xl pizza is 16 slices. And when we asked for a refund manager on duty said nothing at all and did not even apologize for the inconveinance. As we waited for an hour and didnt even get to eat.

This place is fun for the kids. If you come ask for JT one of the workers here. He is awesome! He goes above and beyond his normal duties to make sure you and your kids are enjoying your time here! Give this guy a raise! Fun place for sure! We will be back!

Wonderful place for children n parents. Chuckie comes out to dance with little ones. They love that and the games.

Unbelievable, ordered a XL 16 slices and two drinks, came to $30. Waited 30 min for first pizza and was burnt, to the point they cut off some of the burnt crust.. and was only 11.5 slices.. after waiting 30 min for a remake we decided on a refund, my 5 year old was heartbroken.....

No tickets but I had fun

The environment is fun and friendly and the staff is pretty on point. Prices are a little high but the food quality has gone up. This location is usually pretty clean too.

These people are AWESOME!!!!!! My husband and I took all of our kids there to celebrate our youngest son’s fifth birthday and the staff not only had exceptional manners and top notch customer service, they were also very friendly and kind to the kids and parents both. A standing ovation for you guys and I’m voting for all employees of this place a pay raise. A few of the games DID have issues but EVERY single time one of the employees were quick to either fix the game or refund their points. This was some of the best and most courteous service I have had in a while. Thank you so much guys for making my son’s birthday memorable and pleasant!!!!!

I was skeptical about having my sons birthday at chuck e cheese due to everyone’s experiences over the years and hearing how it’s declined customer service wise, and game wise. I not only had a fantastic experience but my son loved his party. My party host(JT) was phenomenal and I could not compliment him enough. He ensured not only the kids were engaged but he made sure my son was having a good time. Overall I’m really glad I had my sons party here.

Observed manager utilizing insightful techniques to build rapport with employees which subsequently ensured good employee attitudes and a welcoming atmosphere. Would only reccomend he incorporate a way to create a sense of pride for company and employment in order to ensure employee is more aware of overall cleanliness of game area and restrooms.

Bad smell towards the middle seating area by the arcades. Too pricey for its antiquated, outdated ways! Pizza was good though. A 4 yr old would have a blast. But an 8yr old might struggle. Cmon Chuck-E-Cheese! You can do it!!!

Came in here on a whim with my daughter since we had a few hours to kill while passing through Jacksonville. I hadnt stepped inside a CEC since I was a kid. I was surprised that it wasnt too busy on a Sunday and everything was so clean. All the employees were exceptionally nice and informative. What I thought would be a stressful activity was actually very enjoyable.

Switching to cards with time was the best thing they ever did!

As soon as I walked in with my daughter, we were greeted by the manager who was well dressed and very friendly! I asked what would she recommend I do for eat and play. She answered quickly with something tailored to me needs. My food was extremely fresh and cooked perfectly! We had an amazing time!

Went there with a couple friends and we actually had a fun time, pizzas great (except the pepperoni which is very greasy), place was pretty clean, kinda packed but overall a fun place! The only issue we had was they forgot about our pizza and we had an hour long wait but the manager gave us a free pizza so it was worth it. I’d recommend this place.

Had my sons birthday here. Our host was Jordon and he was awesome. He was very helpful, even offering to help us carry stuff in. He was very nice and provided awesome service. My son had a great time. The employees were helpful, and all of the machines worked. Some ran out of tickets but all you have to do is tell someone and they will refill it, it automatically pays out the tickets owed. The place is very busy so it does sometimes happen, but they are quick to fix any problems. One employee even opened a machine because my daughter accidentally lost her token card inside of it. (Dont sit them in creases on the machines lol). All in all it was a great experience and we would definitely return.

We had as good of a time as a parent can have at a place like this lol. The staff were friendly and it was the first time my younger children had ever been to Chuck E. Cheese. The area was a bit seedy but over all it was something to do to get the children out of the hotel room after dark. We stayed for the last 1 hour and half that the place was open which probably contributed to the pleasant experience we had with very few children there.

The workers have to be paged to come to front counter to take orders. Its always too hot in there

Everything is broke at this atlantic location. All the staff will say just avoid that machine or it is at the highest difficulty. Aka it is broke.

Gets kind of crazy in here on the weekend but that’s expected. They are always so nice, even when they’re busy. It’s a fun time.I recommend more ticket machines and more staff on the weekends.Also, They should have a drink machine and bathroom on both sides but they don’t so if you’re on the little kids side you have to walk all the way around and fight the crowd just to refill your little cup or go to the bathroom.

We had an amazing time tonight! It was clean, staff was friendly and all did a great job.There was one young man who did an AMAZING job!! His name is Matthew. You can tell he LOVES children and loves his job! He was playing with our kids, chasing them around after mostly everyone else was gone and he was so sweet to give our kids some extra tickets. He went above and beyond his job-incredible!!He is a blessing and we are grateful to God Matthew was working tonight! =)

The Chuck gets a bad wrap sometimes for miscellaneous reasons, but my son LOVES this place! Let’s face it, kids are balls of sticky fingered energy and cleaning up after one is bad enough. This place isn’t the newest one out there, but the food is good (their pizza has come a long way!), there’s a variety of things to do, tokens are now cards (much easier), and the service you get when hosting a party there is pretty top notch. Plus, it’s the only place I know of where the entry is guarded so your kids can’t just run out or be taken out by a stranger because you all get the same stamp on entry and all must match on exit. The stamp changes code for each family. You can truly sit back while your energy ball runs free!

Horrible. They messed up our order and was mean about it. And super expensive for no reason

We had my 2yr olds party here. Our party host was a young man name Jordan. He was very attentive and made the experience awesome! Request him if you have a party there, or just let him you need something. He is a great asset to that place and he will take care of you.

Had my sons 5th birthday here. Staff was very accommodating and professional. Only problem is the tables for the parties were so close you had no room to move around and place gifts if you had a big party. There were extra side tables for overflow but its away from the party table. My son had a blast. My husband and I came in separately with the kids so the numbers they imprint for security were mix matched. The man at the door upon exit made sure he figured out the number matching situation before he let us leave which was assuring for our kids safety.

Why 2 stars CeC? Mainly because your salad bar was disgusting. Carrots that looked about 3 weeks old, mushy tomatoes, discolored ham that I would not risk feeding to a dog, just a general lack of pride in the entire bar. Also you have the volume turned up on the videos to nearly ear splitting levels. Many of the games are broken in some way. Dirty carpets, place overall just looks old & worn out.

New ownership has really stepped up the place. We love it

I havent been to one of these places since I was 10 years old. I brought my two younger sons in today and they had fun. The manager was wonderful!

Im giving the Atlantic Blvd location 5 stars for their service. I had my sons first birthday there and I want to thank Tiffany and Jordan for helping to make it awesome . They really went above and beyond. I will definitely be having more parties there .

I was there and a fight broke out I witnessed the whole thing some dude name kamaree hit the worker say-so first and all he did was defend himself and afterwards he still continued to do his job with a smile on his face the manager Sabrina was very spiteful towards say-so when it wasnt even his fault she was very nasty and called jso on him when all he was doing was doing his job I gave this review because I come to Atlantic just because of say-so I dont like how he was done I will never be. Attending again

We had an amazing time thanks to our host Trevon! He did almost everything, from serving to making sure we had enough of everything. He definitely made our table feel special. The place was very busy but the staff were on their game. Yes definitely a good place for a birthday party. Thank you Trevon!
